The store was challenging to shop in since they had limited inventory; the shoes scuff/scratch easily and get stained.

These boots lasted a total of 4 weeks before the sole separated from the boot heel. Plenty comfortable and warm, but they are not going to hold up. I've never hiked in them or done extensive walking. They appear to have a bad adhesive on the bottom and I would not recommend this product to others.

The product has issues. The heel started to rip apart a week after having them and Ugg is doing nothing to help me.

I bought it to use in inclement weather. Since that inclement weather have not yet materialized, I have yet to use the boots. However, they are very comfortable as I tried it around my home.

I can plow snow for hours without my feet ever getting cold! Should've bought these things years ago!

My feet are borderline wide but these fit well. Nice and warm and comfortable. My only issue is they scuff extremely easily. Ugg doesn't have a product or recommendation on how to restore the outside surface from scuffs so I need to find a color matched polish product myself to do this, unfortunately.

Bought for my adult son. He wears an 11.5. I bought both 11 and 12 and he decided on the 12. The fuzzy interior lining is appreciated. I heard no complaints about cold feet on his usual 2 mile morning walk in January. Pretty good traction on ice. If needed, ice spikes fit neatly over the top. They look nice. They are replacing snow boots so he won't have to change to office shoes once he gets to work.
