The Seller is very much wanting to please the customer. We need to return for a larger size - easy, very easy. I called UGG they emailed me the shipping label. Once the return item was taken to the carrier and they processed it they started my replacement order. Loved that service.

They are a little snug at first but they do stretch out....very comfortable and look good with jeans etc

I turned an Ugg boot hater into an Ugg boot player! Lol, he was obsessed with the Hansen boot so I tried this one on him and he can't wait to rock them!

I like the aesthetic design of this boot

I bought a pair of water proof boots a couple years ago but cut was such that they were very difficult to get in and off. I loved them once on but ultimately didn't wear much because of that issue. Was excited to see zipper version so I recently ordered them. When they arrive they were easy to get on and off. But they have much thinner fleece lining which is very disappointing. I will wear them and I'm sure enjoy them. But very disappointed in thinner fleece.

The boot looks great and seems to be well made. I found that it runs narrower than other Ugg products.

I've had Uggs boots for years now, and I get a new pair every three years similar to this model. The first set leaked. The next two pair did well and were replaced when they were just old. The last pair and this new pair of UGGS I purchased on this page both had zipper problems, the zipper gets stuck. The Uggs boot is so warm and comfortable, they seem to use great materials in their construction. But their product design lacks good engineering and or manufacturing expertise. I don't think I will be getting Uggs again in the future.

Not a good arch in this boot. Was not comfy for my hubby.

We previously owned the same boot but without the zipper. This pair was too small but prefer the boot with NO zipper.

The footbed area is perfect- plush, comfortable warm. Good arch support, no pressur epoints, assuming the correct size. Problem- the Upper and and the Collar are very very very wide, as if made for a very extreme fat obese ankle and tibia,. Practically, 2 to 3 inches wider than any normal zipper or slip on boot. Consequently, when walking, the boot moves out and back on the tibia, and the foot wants to lift, As if the designer cared about the footbed but never considered the boots tension needs to keep it stable from ankle up. This issue recurs in a chelsea as well. Returned.
