fit small, went to return and has been months since ive seen refund...

The waist doesn't have a drawstring or elastic or any way to keep the wind & cold from coming in and up. Completely impractical. Very surprised North Face didn't plan or test this.

I rarely used this product & now only after 2 months the feathers started coming out from everywhere, it's like buying such a costly jacket from this reputed brand & it just lasted 2 months, i am so disappointed. It was my first product from The North Face, i was so excited, i spent my hard earned money, but I won't purchase anything from this brand & won't recommend it to anyone either.

This jacket was shipped with holes on the sleeve and on the front of the zipper and I sent it to warranty to get it fixed and they shipped it back saying it wasn't fixable. You sold me a jacket that was ruined and now I can't even trade it in for a new one because the size M are sold out everywhere ! I'm extremely mad !

Upon first glance I can see the down escaping from the puffer. The insulation down does not seem to stay in place and are already coming out. Returned because this was not the usually North Face quality.

I purchased two of this jackets because I see it looks cute . However, it's not good quality and expensive. After my second wash I see feathers come out from the thread. I would recommend do double line especially on the hoodie to block the feathers don't let it come out . I want to return it but I throw away the price tag . Really sad that I have to keep them .

This jacket looks like it is missing part of it in the front. Fits like a belly shirt, longer in the back and VERY short in the front.

It fits very snug

The color definitely looked more vibrant online. I received the jacket today and it looks like Big Bird if he were covered in dust. I've uploaded a picture of the jacket next to a dress of a similar color that matches the original advertised photo I will be seeing if it can be returned.

It's a cropped jacket. No elastic drawstrings at the bottom to make it fit tighter to the waist so a lot of air goes up into the jacket. Not ideal for winter. Still waiting to be refunded.
