I was excited to get these shoes, but they would not accommodate my orthotics, even with the shoe's innersole removed.

Bought this product about 2 months ago. My children are typically hard on their shoes, so I have always opted for quality. We have owned a few pairs that are similar without issue and last a very long time. This time the bottoms have started comming apart and warn through in about 2 months.

The website took my money left me having till I called customer service to find out that the order never processed but was too far past the date to just get a refund. I was told I would have to wait for the product to ship and then get the product and return the product in order to get a refund to which I refused. I needed those shoes for my daughter for indoor shoes for school and when they wouldn't process I actually had to go and buy a cheaper pair of shoes so she had indoor shoes. The girl on the phone was quite rude. I asked her to please escalate this to someone who could cancel the order, and she told me that that wasn't likely but she would end result was the items were out of stock. No one told me the order never process never shipped it was cancelled and I got my money back so great in the end. I got my money back but that hassle was a huge pain in the butt. I love the style of shoes. I think they're great for Nuro, divergent children and caregivers, and absolutely would buy the shoes again, but probably only in person not off the website

My son has had these since August and after a month of wear the sole started coming off at the top. We used superglue to repair. Every two weeks another piece of the sole starts coming off. Very disappointed in the quality. New Balance has always been our go to shoe, but now I'm not so sure.

I tried to hot glue, gorilla glue, etc. Nothing worked. My daughter is not a rough shoe wearer at all. Unacceptable quality especially at this price.

The color on the left shoe did not match the right shoe. The print was also uneven. Cheap China manufacturing.

After a week of my son wearing them, the toe portion came loose. I emailed new balance and just received a copy paste reply which was of no help. Had to epoxy them myself which is holding up for now but not the way it should be.

These shoes don't fit, so I need to return them. Desperately trying to find a pair of these "alternative closure" shoes in little kids 1.5 wide - not the "running shoe" but the original Fuelcore Reveal shoe - and can NOT find it. "Out of Stock - no idea if it will ever be available". So frustrating. Available in girl-friendly colors, in big kid shoes, in smaller sizes in little kid shoes, but not in the size and color(s) I need. My grandson says the shoes are too big, too high at the heel, and "just don't feel the same".
