Hi ! Can anyone please let me know how to properly wash this? There are no cleaning/dry cleaning instructions. I don't want to ruin this because I love the jacket so much!

the coat hold up the weather that what I love about the most, but the hood snaps off with little to no pulling and it very annoying to have to always snap back on. i feel they need to put better and more secure snaps on the hood.

love it! wasn't sure how thick it'd be but it does the job, feel no air once this jacket is on. mind you i live in NY and it's cold already & does the job! also the black gives off a navy blue and black which is cool! love it

Fits true to size. It is short so wear with high waisted pants in the cold!

Ordered a size S, it had enough room that I could've sized down to XS but being able to wear thick, warm layers underneath are important so I kept the size S! I'm 5'4, 115lbs for reference. The jacket is puffy and blocky and shiny (not quite as shiny as the photos indicate). The waist and cuffs can both be synched in. I ordered it as a cute alternative when I'm running errands. I live in the PNW, so my winters are in the 30s-40s. The jacket is seriously warm -- my hands are super cozy when I put them in the pockets, and the neck zips up quite high so I can hide my neck/part of my face from the cold.

Stylish and comfortable, true to size, fits like a crop top which is what I wanted/expected.

I love it. I'm 160cm got size:s perfect fit. I wish it was not shiny, but the fabric is shiny so it seems cheap material.

I initially loved my jacket until I wore it for the first time and discovered feathers all over my clothesextremely disappointed. With a brand as big as North Face and a product at this price point, I did not expect such poor quality.

Not flattering on a short person. I'm 5'2 Although, I love that it was cropped , the extra puffiness made me look like a marshmallow. It's a nice jacket overall, but way too puffy. It would probably look better on someone taller.
