Awkward fit ir has wings on both sides not worth the money

Disgusting dirty jacket oversized and I will never order from Zappos again.

I really like color and feel so soft,but only two day I been wear I found a lot a lot feathers keep coming out,make me so crazy,don't want to wear it ,so sad.

The jacket came with a small hole in the front that feathers come out of, would not recommend

Looks good comfortable. Gave it one star because bad packaging the bag got all rip and taped up. Nice products customer care for items not so much.

I purchased the coat the week of Christmas. The coat is now shedding

Poorly made for the price!! I would have returned but I desperately needed a warm coat because I was working outside. It is warm but poorly crafted which I didn't not expect from northface! There were strings hanging out of every little area

I really love the look of this coat but I cannot wear it because it actually smells like pure sewage. I'm returning. I will order a new one and try one more time because I really like the look of this coat. And they can't all smell like this, can they?

I needed this coat for the winter. Within 2 weeks of purchasing the zipper broke. I now have to send the coat back and wait for the return, all while it's still freezing.
