Hard to see the zipper with all the puffiness. Hard to pull up and release zipper which is plastic. Won't let long. Cut like a square, no tapering

Super great jacket I love it

Feels great one very soft

Wow this jacket is SO warm. I usually wear a small (size 4-6, 130-135lbs) but I sized up for sweater weather. It's definitely a bit of a puff ball but if that doesn't bother you it's so super light feeling despite that & oh so warm! Only thing is I wish they had made the outer layer THICKER as I don't like that you can see the down through the material, makes it look kinda cheaper end in my opinion- which it's not. Overall would recommend & hopefully in the future the outer shell would be thicker (:

Wow this jacket is super lightweight and incredibly soft! I was surprised at how warm it is since it's so lightweight. The zipper is a little hard to zip up at times but I'm hoping once its worn in it'll become easier.

I love this jacket. I wear it all the time. It's super comfy, and the material is sleek and soft enough that the arms of your sweaters don't get caught as you're putting it on, and it doesn't make a loud noise when the arms of the jacket rub against the body of it as you walk (like the kind of material that tracksuit-pants are made of do) . It's so light and pillowy soft, yet incredibly warm. I got a size bigger than I normally do so that I can wear several layers comfortably underneath. The hood is a good shape and protects your head from the wind. The pockets are also lined with a different fabric that really keep your hands warm. This is a great jacket.

Great down jacket. But I have to return it because it is too big on me, even I bought a XS. The shoulder is too wide. If there is a size of XXS, I will buy again.

Oh my gosh I can't wait until the weather is colder to wear this. It's super soft and light weight. The website doesn't show (what a shame!), this packs into a pillow in the back. A strap on the back of the bag to put on carry on luggage handle.

Warm, doesn't fit as pictured or expected

honestly, it doesn't fit like it fits the model at all (it's much puffier- makes you look 2 sizes bigger) and when I shipped it, it had a huge tear in it with feathers coming out. Not to mention, when I went to return it, the workers were rude asf and weren't allowed to give me a refund in person so I'm STILL waiting on my refund over a month later. But I did get the actual jacket a couple of weeks ago and it's warm enough in nyc in the winter.
