The parka was very thin, so-so quality, unlike the North Face quality I've come to expect and enjoy in many years. Returned.

The sleeves are too long and the zipper did not glide smoothly.

The only reason I do 3 starts is because had a strong detergent smell, but the coat is great

Lovely jacket but too small to wear with an extra layer. I went up a size and the sleeves were much too long, but I am having them shortened because I like the jacket so much.

Jacket was good quality but the color was nothing like the picture. It was much darker and dull, so I was disappointed in that.

too small. im 5'2" and 112lbs. It was tight around at the bottom in xs and when I tried s it was wide in the stomach

Not right for me. The sizing was large and too long for what I needed.

The zipper in my jacket broke at about the one year mark. I am not hard on clothes I have jackets that are 10 years old I still wear. Very disappointed because I love this jacket and miss wearing it.

much less structured than it appeared. much more lightweight than it appeared. Boxy.

The fit was a little tight with a light weight sweater and jeans. the cut was not as generous as a normal NorthFace coat. The style is pedestrian, quality is on the cheap side. Very disappointed.

Problem is the zipper. Doesn't work.

The bottom part of the double zipper is broken so can’t zip up the coat. I am returning only because of the broken zipper. It is so cute - fits perfectly. I am 5’6”, 120#.

This jacket was not the North Face quality I have purchased in the past. I was very disappointed. I returned the jacket the next day and I have yet to receive a response or credit from your company; it has been well over two weeks. Companies are so quick to charge and drag their feet on returns.

Package arrived open. There was clear signs of use and coat was unzipped like it worn before. Plastic was so wrinkled that I thought it was a fake Nortface. It arrived used with tags. I didn’t realize Zappos sold reloved merchandise at full price?

I love Northface jackets however, this one didn't fit the same. It is tight by the underarms and it runs small. Unfortunately, I will have to return it. 5'3, 125lbs size medium.

double zipper was very difficult to use/didn't function easily or properly. shoulders were very big in relation to remainder of coat.

This coat runs small......returned it. Otherwise--looked like a very nice coat.

The Zipper appeared bent and was very difficult to get up or down, so I returned it.

Size was great! Zipper flawed…keeps spitting open! Very annoying especially for a north face product.. not a great product! Please issue a refund! Thank you
