We haven't had a chance to use it in really cold weather yet, but it is well made! Seems slightly smaller in sizing, so if wanting to layer underneath, you may want to size up.

I use to walk my dog in the cold winter days. It is warm and the length is perfect. The one thing I would say it fits little tight are the bust area

I don't like that they replaced the embroidered logo with silk screen and that the snaps on the hood were changed from metal to plastic. For the price making the components cheaper kind of sucks.

I use this parka for my daily walks in cold weather. It's very warm. A little bulky appearance kept me from giving it 5 stars.

It fits well and looks good but the coating replacing had the logo embroidered rather than silk screened on and the hood snaps were metal rather than plastic. So for the money, I think it looks cheap.

I had to return the first one I ordered because the size was way off from being an extra large. The one we ordered with the right size is great. Nice and warm.

Love everything about this jacket except for the hood. It doesn't stay attached very well. Kind of a pain when I'm walking my dog and I try to put my hood up and it comes off. Wish the hood stayed on!

Great design, perfect length, just runs small compared to other coats I have from North Face.

This is a replacement for one I have that got a tear in it. I loved the other parka and just wanted a carbon copy of it. So I now have the replacement and it is a little different.

This is the third iteration of this coat I've purchased over the last 10 years. The hood is more spacious than before although it's kind of pointy. I wish this had snaps in addition to the zipper. I liked that option so you could keep the bottom open. This one has stitching across the back waistline that makes it a bit poofier than previous versions. Overall some improvements from previous versions but I miss the snaps.

This is my second North Face parka. I love the first one that is black and that I've had for several years. I really wanted a white one so I ordered this one. I'm 5'3" and weigh about 128 lbs. I usually wear a medium in North Face gear, but I bought a large based on so many previous reviews saying the coat ran small. This one seemed out of proportion in many ways. It fit me around the waist but the upper body was too big, the sleeves were too long, and the coat was too long on me. Sadly, I had to return it.

great coat. warm and comfortable

Needed a warm coat for my NYC commutes and this def did the job! I always feel so warn in this parka. When it rains, the coat's material does not become drenched or soaked. Rain wicks off quickly. Very happy with my purchase and will def be pulling out the parka for winters to come. Took off one star because I feel like the Michelin man in it lol (not the most flattering even with the emphasized waists) but that's so minor! I would realistically give the coat a 4.5.

The cinched waste is great for style and it's super comfy and warm! I bought the same jacket in high school and it's over 15 years old and just started having puff come out of the sleeves but it lasted 15 years in great condition! Bought the same jacket in a new color!

It fits perfect and it was very light and warm. I gave it 4 stars because the hood came off too easily. If you grab it too quickly by the hood it snaps off. Had to return it. That was a deal breaker.

This was a gift for my daughter and she raves about how amazing the coat is for cold winter days. It's her new favorite coat!

I live in Chicago the Windy City so need to be bundled up! So far it's been 30-50 degrees it's perfect for this weather warm and breathable. I Like the hoodie it's detachable and the leagth it's good I like the coats long so it goes up to my shins I am 5'2. My only complaint is the mid part is strangely fitted a little awkward, it doesn't sit natural.

Had to size up to XL as large was too snug at the waist. Hood buttons keep opening with slightest pressure.

Gift for our daughter. She said It's Just What I Wanted. The zipper gave her a little trouble at first but I'm giving 5 stars because of the return policy if we need it.
