I would not purchase this parka again and would hesitate purchasing anything from this company. My daughter had her parka about a week when a piece of the fabric on the sleeve ripped. I thought it would be made with more sturdy of a material.

If you live in a cold weather region, this parka is paper thin with zero insulation. I wore this twice and wish that I could return it as the quality is below expectations from owning several of their coats in the past. You cannot wear this in weather below 50 degrees. So disappointed!!!

Very disappointed. Did not provide warmth for mild winter (not below 40 degrees) conditions, which is the reason for purchase. Also bought ThermoBall gloves and those where a complete bust as well.

Zipper is poorly manufactured and gets stuck. Customer service didn't respond.

Weird style. The tummy sticks out like a bump. This style only good for extremely thin folks.

This is a very light jacket not sure if I received the one I ordered. Super light no expectations for a cold weather so overpriced.

Zipper was defective and I asked for replacement . Which was denied!

I wish I could comment, probably would have loved it, but 3 attempted shipments, for some reason all dubbed "undeliverable". PLEASE stop using DHL! I love Northface products, but cannot order until shipping issues resolved. Spent way too much time on the phone tracking missing items.

I bought this for a trip to Asia in spring and loved it. Light, resists light rain, packable. Then I came home and the heat transfer logo on back and front started coming off. Shipping back to Northface for newly bought item was not what I wanted to do.

Fit was way off and looked really frumpy. Returned.

It did not pack down in the chest pocket. Returned it.

Returned. Fit too perfect. But I'm more curvy, this fits very slim.

Absolutely LOVED everything about this parka, especially the Lavender Fog color! Had to size up due to snug sleeves. Returning because the cheap, two-way zipper ruins the entire experience.

Runs a size too small

Not for me, cannot layer, unreasonable small fit, no stretch to material.

I bought two of these ladies jackets and was very disappointed!

I’m 5’5” about 110 pounds. I saw a few reviews noting that because it’s slim fit to maybe go a size up. I ordered a medium and a large knowing I would return one. I’m returning them both. Odd fit. The medium is fine overall but the arms are tight. And I have fairly skinny arms. The large was fine in the arms but too big in the body and from the waist down it flared out like I was wearing a bell. If I could take the arms of the size large in the body of the medium it would be a perfect fit. I don’t know what kind of sizing they used when they came up with a sizing for these but someone needs to be fired. Also the interior pocket is way too small to hold much of anything other than keys and a Kleenex. Definitely not worth the price.

This was way too large and the waist fell at a weird place on me. I sent it back a month and a half ago and according to tracking it was received 2 weeks ago. Still no refund. TNF is seriously not on top of things here. I will not gamble with buying anything else from them.
