There is a large sole on these shoes- not practical for running or using in gym class.

Very cute! Unfortunately, for some reason, these were smaller than the size 10.5 pink ones that came at the same time. Too tight! Must just be a manufacturing inconsistency.

Returned. “Copper” is more of a mauve-pink. I thought they were ugly. They also seemed very large.

Fit true to size. I’m usually 8.5-9 and the 8.5 fit just fine, a little snug with socks. The “copper” color is definitely pink. I was hoping it would be more of a reddish orange - like what you would think of as copper. Instead, it’s a dusty rose color.

Aside from looking like mall walker shoes, they first seemed comfy. After 2 hours of wearing the shoes, I noticed my toes getting slightly numb and my arches flattening with each step. I almost had to grovel with customer service to return the shoes, since I had already worn them. The sole is a lot wider than the shoe, almost to a disadvantage. The sole is also super thick. I’m very thankful I was able to return these shoes.

I was really hoping these would work--fun retro style, great color way (the cream/olive/burgundy), and good price for the quality--but unfortunately, they're a no-go, for me. I'm an underpronator/supinator, meaning my feet naturally roll outward (rather than inward) when walking, and these shoes made my feet try to go inward, instead, resulting in a very unnatural and uncomfortable feel. For all the pronators out there, this pair may work brilliantly, but my search for fun new kicks will continue...

The toe box was super wide. The entire shoe is wide and fabric wrinkly . Love the color but soooo big overall…

The material covering top of toe is not breathable, shoe is much stiffer than the Core 574's. Wide sole that juts out on side of shoe is strange.

It didn't feel as comfortable as expected. I chose the beige colored ones, but the top of the sneaker looked wrinkled almost like crepe paper. I planned on wearing these to work so the style of the top wouldn't work for me.

I love the way these shoes look EXCEPT for the fact that the logo on the back is lopsided in a way that looks like I'm super over pronating. That look alone is enough to return. New Balance: bring back the 501!!!

Runs a bit wide and long. By about half a size. The sole ends early and sort of makes it feel like you’re falling all the end of the shoe. Otherwise, a very comfortable sneaker

Super cute but wore while it was raining and the navy blue suede bled to the pink. I’ve tried cleaning them but the die doesn’t come out. Only had them a week and a 1/2.

I returned them because I was not happy with the color. Also was charged twice and still no refund.

You can see the foam on the tongue of the shoe. It makes the sneaker look cheap.

It felt a little wider than a medium width.

The fit feels amazing, however, the fabric is very wrinkled and strange-looking because of that.

I was so excited about these shoes; I love the way they look! They were super comfortable at first, but after 15 minutes of wearing them around the house I had to take them off - the seam used to sew the label across the tongue was cutting into the top of my foot. It might have been okay with a big, thick sock, but I wanted to wear these with low cut socks for the summer. Super disappointing.
