This was a very cute and true to size slipper. However, I could not feel any arch support and it was a very rigid footbed. I like a more cushioned footbed for slippers. Also the back of the shoe only reaches halfway to the ankle so they are really flip flops.

I was hoping these slippers would provide me enough padding and support for my pronating feet. Unfortunately they don't. These slippers are fine and are well made but don't meet my poor feet's need.

I wanted to love these because they look great, but they were painfully tight across the arch. I'm very sensitive to it because I had a rod in my foot. They have no give in the upper, so I had no hope that they would stretch and I had to send them back.

They are slippers. Comfortable for short periods only. Did not hold up well, fabric tore.

The shoe for right foot had a defect in construction. The fabric over the top of my foot was wavy, was not sewn into the shoe to lay evenly over the top of my foot, it had a gap instead of laying flat across the top of my foot.

The only problem I have with this shoe is that the pull tab to tighten them up does not work. And they are too loose without that working properly.

Good, but one of the shoes was either not well made or was damaged in some way. Could be poor quality stiching.

Keen shoes seem to run too wide for my heel. I flop out of the shoes - these had a tie to pull to tighten the fit but I still walk out of them.

The insoles are completely flat - no hint of an arch, and the padding is so minimal that they hurt the bottom of my feet. I tried different insoles to no avail. Keen used to be one of the only brands that I could wear with my multiple foot problems, but they've gradually cheaped out on the insoles and who knows what's happening with the midsoles. The only model I can still wear are the Newports.
