When I can find them, I wear size 11 narrow shoes with some sort of extra arch support, so usually wear Brooks athletic shoes (actually the medium width), the original inserts removed and with Powerstep Pinnacle Maxx inserts. With these Keen Howser III slides, I left in the original inserts, added those thin sponge inserts with the holes (flat, no arch support), PLUS the Powerstep Pinnacle Maxx inserts, because these are ginormous. That back edge allows all of the inserts to sit without showing. Then I can wear these without socks, as a house-slipper or run to the mailbox slide that keeps my plantar fasciitis in check. If I want to wear socks, I can remove the sponge inserts or the original inserts or both, and just have the Powerstep inserts. My only gripe, really, is that I got the red ones with the thin plaid lines, and each shoe is different. Since I'm a little OCD, I like plaids that match, and really, I don't think that would be too much to ask, it would make them look higher quality. I had previously worn some of the wool Howser slides and they were fine except that they got pretty natty where the wool is. I think that these are not wool, but they are warm and don't make my feet sweat, and I'm hoping the fabric will wear better. My next pair probably will not be plaid because that irritates me so much (unless they fix that) but otherwise I would buy them again.

in all the Keen shoes this fall, the height of the shoe over my arch is too snug, the fit feels wonderful fo 10 minutes and then begins to pinch the top of my foot. had to send them all back.

Arch Support is basically non existent - but I put my orthotics in, and then they were perfect. Use them for around the house, or short shopping trips.

I have owned 2 pairs of Keen Howser shoes - one purchased last year; the other the year before. They are very comfortable, so I thought I'd try the "slide" style. In most shoes I wear a 9.5 W; in these shoes I have taken a 10.5 M. I took a chance on ordering a 10.5 M in the slide as well - and I'm very happy with the fit. The slides have the same wide toe box and arch support that the shoes have, so I feel confident that I'll be wearing them often - both indoors and out . . . and the toggle adjustment will add an extra bit of security to the slide style.

Love my new slippers. As a size 11, I had nowhere to go if they ran small, but they fit! Not a ton of room in the toes, but not touching, so that is good enough. My old slippers had lost their tread so have started to slide. These are quite secure, and I love the memory foam liner. Great house shoes!

This is my second pair of this style. I absolutely loved them for little trips out to do errands. Then I started wearing them to work (I need to be able to slip my shoes on and off many times per day) and REALLY loved them, so much I needed a back up pair. They are adjustable; I appreciate being able to tighten or loosen depending on which socks I'm wearing. The soles aren't slippery, so I feel pretty sure-footed. They are a comfortable "slipper" that is solid enough to wear as a light duty shoe. The support is a little less than moderate but a step up from "none" so I do supplement a little to keep my arches happy, but they weren't uncomfortable as is. I wish this was a little more substantial in the sole (more like a shoe than a slipper) with the same fit, because then it would be the bestestest shoe ever. I can't recommend them for walking a mile or two. But for errands and casual wear, love!

I love everything about this shoe, this is the third pair I've purchased. They wear well and I switch them out so as not to wear them out. These are great around the house slip-ons and comfy enough to wear doing errands.

As someone with bunions, it was nice to take them out of the box, put them on, and wear them without having to break them in! I wore them without socks. I subsequently wore them with a very lightweight pair of socks but don't think I'd be able to wear heavyweight socks with them - would need to go up a 1/2 size, or so.

I love these slippers! Love the plaid, although I returned one pair because the plaid was extremely mismatched. They are very comfy, and they stay on my feet going up and down stairs. They feel like they may have stretched out a tad over the past couple of weeks. The toggles don’t really feel like they adjust anything, so hopefully they will continue to stay on my feet going up and down stairs.

The style is cute. Length was true to size but uppers were too loose, even with the strap to adjust. Without wearing socks my feet slipped too much in the shoes. I purchased to wear as house shoes, so didn’t work for me.

These were exactly what I wanted. Something to slip on and go run errands, and a slide that I could keep on my feet without fear of walking out of them. With the little toggle, I am able to secure them to my feet. I wear a professionally measured 9.5, ordered 9.5, perfect fit. I have duck feet -- wider toes, narrower heels -- and I feel like these were made for me. I wish they had just a little more by way of support. I think I may need to add inserts because my arches are pretty pronounced. But I wouldn't say these slip ons are totally flat; they do seem to have a little support. I wore them yesterday for several hours and my feet feel fine. I am thinking based on the sole and the weight that these were really intended for a house shoe, but the black pair I ordered should be fine for wearing out in the world. They don't scream "I'm a slipper!" And just in case anyone is as fussy as I am about such things, I had ordered a plaid pair first and while they were adorable, it drove me crazy that the plaids were so mismatched it appeared they didn't even go the same direction.

The shoes are true to size with plenty of space for toes, I love to slip them on and easily tighten them with the ring on top. No laces, The style is great with the toe cover and fabric. I have taken long walks in these shoes and they hold up well. Thinking of more colors.

I purchased these shoes to be used as slippers. I live in cold country and have to go outside many times a day to let the dogs run. The Keens are my best option for a warm slipper type shoe. They hold up for several years without getting sloppy and breaking down. If the insides start losing their support I can slide a support insole in instead. Yes, they are more expensive than regular slippers but they last 3-4 times as long making them very economical.

The fit is spot on for me. Comfortable to wear all day and I like the sturdy soles. They are a nice level up from a slipper. Perfect for when you have to leave outdoor shoes by the door to protect your floors. So glad I found these.

Perfect. I ordered and returned 4 other brands before I realized that most of my comfortable shoes with moderate arch support are Keen. So happy with everything but particularly thrilled that my minor pronation is happy and I'm totally out of pain. Thank you, Keen.

No question these are the most comfortable slippers. They are nice looking enough to wear all day if I’m home. They are roomy enough to wear with socks if it’s cold, and there’s the toggle in the front that adjusts to make it more snug after wearing with socks. They are a little pricey for slippers, however I bought a pair last year and they are not worn out yet. Obviously, I’m sold in them.

These are really comfortable shoes! I bought them to wear in the house only. I've have everything from Hoka to Topos to Ora recovery shoes and these Keen's are the very best. I've been wearing them for months and they are still comfortable. Will buy Keen's for outdoors next.

I absolutely LOVE these gray felt slides! I came back to order another pair but they are no longer available in the gray felt. And the other nylon slides fit tighter and make my feet sweat. Bring the gray felt back! I got them to use as a house slipper but find myself going in the grocery store in them. I took out their insole and put my orthotic in and now I basically live in them. And I get compliments on them all the time, even from guys! Great shoe! Just ordered the black in what looks like felt. Hope they fit the same as the gray. Fingers crossed...

I'm using these as house slippers and have to say that they're quite possibly the best slippers I've ever worn. When I first received them I thought they were almost a half size too large but decided to try them out anyway. Over the days they adjusted to my feet & I've become pleased with the fit. What I especially love is that I can slip right into them--despite the back, they are in fact hands-free "slides".

love these! very comfortable. I haven’t taken them off and ordered another color! easy on and off, but stay on when walking. I’m a very active retiree and appreciate shoes that I can slip into and out of for various classes that require change of shoes.

I ordered the recommended 1/2 size smaller than I normally wear which fits well. I am wearing them with thinner socks and for walking around the house. I am really enjoyed these. . . flexible enough that they are not hurting any parts of my feet.

I bought these to have something a little more substantial to wear around the house or out on the porch. Good arch support, and they are very true to fit. I can wear them with or without footie socks. I like that they don’t slip off and have a little tiny bit of a heel in the back. I could wear them out in the yard if I wanted to they are that solid on the bottom. definitely happy with the purchase.

I love these shoes. Comfortable, warm, easy to take on and off (great for air travel)

I love these slippers! I've been buying this slipper for years. They are the only ones that don't hurt my knees or back when I'm wearing them. They have awesome support too.
