Customer Reviews Beyond Yoga Spacedye Keep Pace 3" Shorts

This review is not for the product, the product is wonderful and I love it. I want to share my experience with the customer care with BY. My items, including this bra, was lost in transit to the FedEx warehouse. I was the one who suspected that something happened to it since there wasn't delivery date posted. I was the one who had to deal with FedEx, while dealing with BY to let them know. Beyond Yoga would not resend me the items right the way even though FedEx said the package was gone (from from its warehouse or truck, who knows). BY had me wait without knowing when my order is going to be resent. I find this strange to not taking care of its customer right the way. I don't even know if I'm going to get my order at this point. I have no faith. What's worse is that I couldn't call to speak to someone. I could only email, back and forth. And the wording in the emails were strange, not in full sentences. It's beyond frustrating with Beyond Yoga. I have been it's customer for years, very disappointing how I was treated. What an awful experience, and a big waste of time.

I just need all shorts to have pockets.
