It was recommended by a podiatrist that I buy New Balance sneakers in the 600 series. I have really high arches, so it was suggested that I buy a good pair of sneakers to properly support my feet. I initially bought these sneakers in size 6 1/2. I read the reviews that said that the sneakers seemed to be sized smaller that they are actually labeled. I am solidly a 6 1/2 in shoes (unless the shoe doesn't come in half sizes and then I wear a 7), so I thought I'd start with buying these sneakers in size 6 1/2. With the return and exchange program, I thought it would be easy enough to exchange the sneakers if the 6 1/2 ones didn't fit. When the sneakers arrived I tried them on and tried being fair with my thoughts about them. What I mean by this is that I am not used to wearing sneakers that are a good pair of sneakers. After some thought and several paces up and down my hallway wearing the sneakers, I decided to exchange them for a size 7. This was a good decision. I have had the size 7 sneakers for a week now and my feet feel better in them then they did when I was wearing the 6 1/2 size. I also feel as if I am "breaking the sneakers in" well. My feet feel better each day. I am getting used to my feet feeling confined, but I am realizing that this is the point of wearing a good, solid sneaker. My feet have the proper support that they need. I plan on buying another pair of these sneakers soon so I can have an "inside" pair and an "outside" pair.

The first pair I ordered was only a half a size larger, but I had to send them back as I had no room for walking or running. I received the second pair (a whole size larger) and they are working out nicely...with room for my feet to move.

When I saw these, I knew I had to have them. Pink is my color, and they are so comfortable. I have gotten a lot of compliments as well. I also have a lot of Pink to wear with them.

Love these. I got the wide with, half size bigger than I usually wear and they fit perfectly. Great for lots of walking and feet stay cool. Super comfortable right out of the box. Highly recommend!

I love these shoes! Very comfortable and roomy. I have to, wear an insert in my shoe and my insert fits without any pain or discomfort and I didn't have to go up a shoe size.

Great shoe for day to day wear. Which is what I needed! The do run a bit small. So for sure al least get your normal size and maybe a 1/2 size larger. I have a small foot so for me it is rare to find adult tennis shoes that run small enough for me. I'm a very very true 5.5 sometime a 5 will work. I bought a 5.5 and could actually wear a 6 in this shoe.

For some reason my wife loves running in the 680 shoes. Her last pair were the v5. I've bought her much more expensive NB running shoes but she said that the 680s feel the best when she runs so I bought her the V7. Can't beat the price

I run long distances and work out a lot in a studio environments (kickboxing, dance, strength, etc) and these shoes work well for all activities. New Balance Fresh Foam shoes are the only shoes I've found that really work well for all of my activities and help keep me injury free while performing my best.
