I wear an 8.5 wide. Ordered this shoe and it was too tight. I am exchanging it for a half size bigger. I like the look of the shoe and the price, so I hope next pair will fit.

But have yo return. 3rd pair? All very pretty but to small. Wear 6-1/2 shoe, sneakers 7 but 7-1/2 to short in these shoes.

the front of the shoe is very short so besides buying a larger shoe, the tops of my toes are being crunched by the reinforced toe.

Too small; returning them and ordering a larger size.

I have been purchasing only New Balance shoes for a decade. This is the first time I had to return shoes as they ran very narrow. I hope NB is not altering sizes.

I was quite disappointed with this purchase, and I should have known by the price. The pair I purchased before were $150+ and great quality, these were on sale for $50 something dollars and just not good quality. When you put them on the back slips inside and you have to dig it out - its not even taut enough to stand straight while you put your foot into the shoe. Won't waste my money on another cheap pair.

I will use these for short walks and inside. They look pretty but not the usual feel of New Balance that I have had before.

The shoes look very nice but I am disappointed I didn't realize how close my toes are to the front of shoe. I ordered my normal size in a wide width but the shoes run small by about 1/2 size. I've already worn them and cannot return now unfortunately.

THese run small and narrower than normal. I had to give them to my daughter in law.

Was so excited about getting them once I received it I put them on - which I got 1/2 size bigger - it's hurts my toes. Recommend one size bigger. Wore and sad about it. Don't know if they will exchange

The shoes are cute, but they run small.

Similar to the Roav, I ordered a different color in the exact style and size to a pair I have that fits. The new ones were too small. Disappointed!

I ordered the usual 1/2 size bigger than my usual size and was disappointed to find that the usually generous toe box was very tight. Now, not sure whether I should get a larger size, a different style, or start looking around for a new brand. I've been satisfied for years with New Balance--this was a first.

Seem too tight by the top of my foot area. Wear them off and on but not daily.

These shoes do not fit as well as my other new balance shoes. Disappointed in these.

Looks great but I ordered 8.5 WIDE. I could barely fit my feet into the sneakers. I don't think going up a size would have made a difference. Just an odd cut on this model.

This is a nice casual shoe but not an all day wear shoe. My feet began hurting within 4 hrs of its wear and beacause i spent 90%of my days in tennis shoes (as a nurse) i returned the shoe and am on a search for a more supportive one.

I was excited to try these out and ordered in my usual wide size, and they were so tight, especially in the toes. The arch support felt good, and the cushioning felt supportive in the New Balance way, but unfortunately, I had to send them back.

They are too warm. Warmer than the previous model. They seem to have a slighter higher or maybe rougher back.
