NB shoes were originally recommended by my door doctor due to plantar fasciitis and while I have tried other running shoes, I have never had the comfort or stability that I get with NB. I have lost count of the number of pairs I have owned since I began running, but I do know that 99.9% have been NB 860's! Thanks for a fantastic shoe.

I have used this shoe for ever day and wear and a little walking and driving. My feet were comfortable and no over heating on a hot summer day.

First pair I ordered were to narrow for my feet so I returned them. The return was seamless and in no time the payment was reversed on my credit card. Great job! I ordered the wide next and I am in love with these. I know these are for running but I am a senior with arthritis in my hips. I need light weight shoes with a lot of support and stability when I walk. This style checked all my boxes and will probably order a second pair for everyday.

Great colors, consistent fit, high New Balance quality

I'm on my feet at least 12-14 hours a day and these shoes have been the most comfortable and supportive for my feet. I had surgery on my one foot and need the most support on the inner aspect of my foot. I've been wearing this same brand and style for the last 6 years. There's one thing I've noticed with the last 3 pairs I purchased. I've had to go up 1/2 size. It seems the shoes are made a little smaller for some reason. Other than that, I am very satisfied. In addition I get many compliments on how these shoes look good on my feet.

I have wide feet and these shoes are the best!! Amazing comfort and support! My only wish is that I had bought them sooner!

Love the tight floor grip these shoes provide for my Senior Boot Camp exercise class, so comfortable it obliterates the nasty neuropathy symptoms I have in bare feet, as though I were walking on piles of uneven stones....in my New Balance shoes I'm walking on air!

Tried New Balance Fresh Foam 860 v12 because I have wide feet and I thought I could find something that fit me better than my previous Brooks and Hoka. When I put these on for the first time, it was like night and day! These give great support, stability, and cushioning and the toe box is really comfortable. Sized up 1 full size from my shoe size and got wide width. My boyfriend tried some on and loved them too. Wish there were more colors, maybe patterns.

I have 3 pair of the Fresh Foam New Balance. I walk 3 miles a day and work out. I have wide feet and usually, can't find shoes that fit right. My bunions never hurt after walking in these shoes.

They're super comfy, fit well, and love the colours.

Fully recommend these sneaker's if you have over pronation problems. They provide the alignment needed and are very comfortable. 100% approved. I'm usually 7.5 but ordered 8 and fit nice.

We needed a supportive shoe with extra width that came up a little higher on the heel. This shoe was exactly what we needed. Added bonus-lots of colors to choose from!

I buy tons of these. Use them for running and working out with an orthodic insert. I have plantar fasciitis and this style was recommended by a physical therapist. I buy a new pair every six months. Love them. Good stabilizing shoe for wide feet. Other brands are too narrow.
