Perfect fit, sturdy and comfortable for long walks. It was comfortable to wear right away. I know that New Balance runs small, and the wide isn’t really wide. I normally wear a children’s 3-3.5. That means 5.5 In New Balance. Very happy with my purchase.

Ordered the shoe size I always wear--women's 11. Had to return. Shoe was too short and didn't come in 1/2 size I would have needed. Ordered another brand.

New Balance quality is consistent. I can always count on them for quality and fit.

I have been trying to find a pair of shoes to replace my discontinued ASICS gel foundation 13,for years! I have several different foot problems, (neuropathy, over pronation, bone spurs, planters fasciitis) and have found nothing to replace the ASICS. I even bought a used pair of them on eBay. Then I tried these New Balance 510 v5 and to my utter amazement they were great! Almost the same as the ASICS in every way. I’m beyond satisfied that I found these shoes. I’m sure Zappos is too, since I won’t be returning them. Thank you Zappos for your patience! These are great shoes.

I NEEDED A NEW PAIR OF WALKING SHOE BECAUSE MY OTHER NEW BALANCE HAD WORN OUT. SO GLAD I BOUGHT THESE I SIZED UP AND THEY ARE THE PERFECT FIT. WILL PURCHASE ANOTHER PAIR REAL SOON.

Been a fan of this New Balance trail runner style for a few years, but have always ordered men’s 9.5 (women’s 10 in any shoe rarely fits with my orthotics). Thank you for the women’s 10.5! (But it’s always out of stock) Love this color combo and the shoe fits well, actually better than the men’s I’ve ordered previously which I’m now realizing were a bit wider than I should have been wearing.

I like New Balance shoes because they endure the beating I give them. I work outdoors most days. Ranch work. I prefer a durable shoe over boots. My New Balance shoes last.

It is now easy to fit a women with large feet. So many shoes jump from a 10 to 11. These 10.5 size are just right. Loved them on my long walk!

These were very small and i had to go up a full size

I use orthotics and they fit great in there shoes. They feel great wearing them all day, standing on my feet most of the time.

I normally wear an 8 in athletic shoes (with socks). I would need an 8 1/2 in these shoes.

Good fit, lots of room for my toes. Doesn't seem to be much arch support.

Good looking tennies; foot bed doesn't have much cushion, like none; platform is wide which helps with balance; glad I could choose my width.

Cute shoe as these types go. Makes my 10.5 D look somewhat smaller than an all white shoe but my left foot is a tad longer than the right so that the toe is too close to the end. Probably an 11D would be perfect on the left. Too bad there isn’t a way yet to specify a size per foot!

I really wanted to love them.... but the bottom of my feet kept falling asleep while I was walking. I expanded the laces as much as I could, and still not comfortable. I have always been at the most an 8.5 (never have I needed a size 9 shoe). So, I'm not quite sure what the problem is with these. My previous pair of New Balance shoes are great!! wish I could find that same model again.

The size was probably correct but, especially with my orthotics in, the heel was too loose.

Fraying began around the ankle of the shoe almost the first time I walked in them and has gotten worse.

Where do I begin? I'm honestly baffled by all the positive reviews of this shoe. New Balance used to stand for excellent quality. This shoe is anything but: 1) I'm normally a 10-10.5. The 11 in this was way too short; 2) There is zero arch support; 3) The tread is minimal; 4) The shoe runs wide which is unusual as New Balance in the past could be relied upon to run narrow which is great for those of us with more narrow feet; 5) There's no way to keep the tongue from moving; and 6) The overall craftsmanship of the shoe leaves a lot to be desired. I suppose for the price I shouldn't have expected anything more, silly me. For someone who wants to use it in the gym or on a treadmill, it may work just fine. Otherwise, would not recommend.
