Wear a 13 4E and was hoping these would be the perfect hiking shoe that would actually fit. Unfortunately the heel of the shoe was unusually low compared to my other NB’s and made it feel like my heel would slide out of the shoe if doing any strenuous hiking. Had high hopes for these but ended up returning.

I bought these for my husband- who just had the biggest feet. He thought they were just perfect. But his big toe kept catching on the toe cap. He said they felt great- aside from his toe catching. So, off for the easiest return in the world!

Getting better as they break in. Don't like the changes in this version so much.

This is a substantial shoe: lots of support between foot and road. However, it is not a true extra wide.

The material was ok the laces are kind of thin!

Eyelet failed

I have ordered this size from New Balance on many occasions. I am usually 10.5 and 4E ( wide width). For some reason these shoes from New Balance are made a little larger. So I'll have to order 10.0 in a 4E

bad deal and now I cannot return it...too late

Horribly stiff and uncomfortable. No support. Big loser landfill garbage shoe

Honestly if return shipping wasn't such a pain. I would return these shoes. They are way to narrow. The 601's I had before fit way better and lasted me over a year.
