Please do not discontinue this shoe it has been my salvation since my DPM suggested it years ago.

Please, please bring this shoe back, even if just for a limited time so I can stock up with enough to last me for 20 more years!!!!!

Can't find it anywhere and I love that it is leather-free (I'm a vegan). This is stylish and comfortable and my current pair needs to be replaced!! Please bring this back!!!

I LOVE this shoe and have been wearing it since it was first produced, which is over 20 years ago. I buy four pairs a year because I put a lot of mileage on them. Recently they were taken out of production, but I was lucky enough to find a runners' shop in CT that carried them and grabbed two pairs. Before I found this shoe I had heel problems, since wearing them I have been heel pain free, over 20 years!! I am now using them to powerwalk. I do this for cardio, to stay in shape, and to train for tennis. I beg you, do not stop making this shoe! I fear change!!!!! Seriously, why discontinue success? Everyone who wears them is scouring the net and local shops...please, bring them back and make this lady happy!

I have been wearing the Shadow 6000 for over 20 years and have been very satisfied. They are easy to break in and are very durable. I love the wider toe box, too. I would not think of changing but would welcome a new color.

I've worn Saucony Shadow for years. Always a perfect fit and hold up very well. Never have to 'break in' these shoes.

Having had polio as a child I have a difficult time finding comfortable shoes and sneakers. I have worn at least 10 pairs of these sneakers. I exercise a lot and they are very comfortable, I can fit my orthotics easily in my sneakers and enjoy the support that they offer. I hightly recommend these sneakers. My only request is that perhaps some time in the future they could offer the sneakers in another color.

I bought this shoe on line based on previous reviews. I have a wide foot and buying shoes has always been difficult. When these shoes came in the mail and I put them on, I couldn't believe the perfect fit. In fact, I went back on line and bought a second pair for fear they would get discontinued. I have tried other brands and something has always not felt exactly right. I have recommended these shoes to everyone at work and wear them daily. I hope that this fall when the new colors come out that other colors will be available in woman's wide width.

I bought a pair of these when I was sixteen and have been buying a new pair of the exact shoe every year or two for the last 17 years. I love them, they fit prefectly and when I buy a new pair I keep the old ones for dirt shoes (mowing the lawn,etc.) Try on a pair and you will never try any others.

I have many pairs of this shoe and have always enjoyed wearing it for general wear. My only complaint is how quickly every new pair looks like all the old pairs within a week. A little dust and the whole shoe goes gray. I'd like to know an option that fits exactly the same but without the mesh. I used to run and loved them for that, but the real clincher is how well they fit my arch and consequently, help my lousy knees.

I have worn the 6000 for many years because of its comfort and durability. Recently I tried to find it at a well known on-line source and was only able to find Saucony shoes that were about half the price of these. I ended up giving those to my teen aged grand daughter because they were unstable compared to the 6000. Then I found the Saucony web site and was thrilled to find my favorites. These may cost a few dollars more but they are so durable and have such great support they are really worth it!

This shoe gives me good balance and support with normal walking. It has always been my favorite shoe.

I'm so saddened to learn that the Shadow 6000 is no longer being manufactured. My beloved Shadows kept me on the run foe decades. Not all change is necessary.

I just purchased this shoe to work out in mostly & to train for an upcoming 5k. So far, it's held up nicely on asphalt and indoor surfaces. It provides the support & comfort needed in a good running/work out shoe.

.Unfortunately I had to return these shoes because I could hardly believe they are the same shoes that I have worn 3 times before. They were extremely stiff, no cushioning and poor arch support. The part that used to be gray is now white and I could barely bend the shoe. Walking in them, I felt there was a huge lack of cushioning. The return shipping was a huge amount, so be advised when ordering this shoe.....

After a few years of being off the market I was very excited about the return of the Shadow 6000. My excitement turned to disappointment when the shoe arrived too short and too narrow. I have been wearing the same size 7.5 in this shoe for many years.

I ordered these from amazon, the right shoe was defective. The front portion near the big toe was slanted to the inside and the shoe was totally flat to the ground while the left she was elevated by about an inch. I received a replacement. Defective again. This time the right shoe near the small toe had the seam sewn wrong. There was a ball of material all bunched up. The left shoe on the first pair felt amazing. I think you need better quality control. I may try a third time, but if this is defective....

I just hate this shoe. I have been running in Saucony for years on high school tracks, but the last couple of years now walking a brisk 4 miles in an hour on sidewalks and streets. I bought these for extra cushioning, but the heels are hard as a rock. After just a few weeks of walking in the Shadow my heels now hurt a lot all the time. I can't wear these any longer. Since the other models I used to wear became ever more cheaply made, I don't know what I will do for good shoes.

This has been my running shoes for the past 23 years. I love them! They fit perfectly and are comfortable, and like previous commenters, do not need any "breaking -in". They are ready to wear and run. I have tried only 2 other pairs of running shoes during this time and ran with each pair only once because they were not as comfortable. I have always come back to the Saucony Shadow 6000. I owe the longevity in my running over the past 20+ years directly to these shoes! Please do not discontinue them.
