Gorgeous! Large enough to hold all of my essentials, and then some - I was surprised how big this bag actually is. Buttery soft, deep shade of taupe, with sturdy chain and plenty of pockets. Another Tory Burch that won’t disappoint!

This bag is STUNNING!!!! Soft supple leather, beautiful design. The only thing is I’m worried about scratching the leather and leaving a mark on it. But definitely worth the money. Great investment bag. Such a classic timeless piece.

I did NOT want to spend almost $600 on a bag- especially one that's not super durable and that I wouldn't wear everyday. HOWEVER, I am obsessed. I love this bag and I'm so glad I purchased it. I will not be buying the Chanel or YSL versions anytime soon and now I don't really want to or have to! I got this bag in black, the one color option that was NOT included in any Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales. While the taupe is beautiful, I was worried about color transfer. My ONLY concern about this bag is that because the leather is so incredible soft, I'm worried about how it will hold up. But, hopefully it will be okay- I plan on this being my Sundays and special occasions/date night bag- it's perfect!

Shoulder straps convert to a crossbody so this medium-sized handbag is versatile, daytime to evening. The soft leather really sets it apart, yet it holds its shape well. I would point out that the Classic Taupe color is a deeper color than pictured, but still a beautiful neutral. I liked this bag so much, I also ordered the pink for an upcoming winter getaway. Chevron design adds to an updated appeal.

Omg!!! This was my first Zappos purchase and the experience was absolutely fantastic. I have been eyeing this bag for months and months but it was too expensive on the TB's own website.. and then I checked here in Zappos, and the exact same bag went on sale!!! I save around $200+ and I was so happy! The purse is so stunning!! I get so many compliments. The leather is so luxurious and light weight! I never own a purse with lambskin material and I never imagined it to be this soft! It's a classic style. The size is not too big or not too small. Fits my essential! You can wear it two ways which is perfect!! You can dress it up or dress it down. Comes with a dust bag too for storage. Absolutely love it!

I really wanted to like this bag and it sat on a chair looking at me for a week before I decided I didn't love it. Although the price from Zappo's was really a great savings, it was the color that got me in the end. The "taupe" was kind of muddy-looking and for my wardrobe, I would prefer something more camel. I am returning but everything else about the bag seemed very nice. Zappo's really does offer great customer service.

I started to believe that all retailers, Zappos included, made a secret pact that the black Kira Chevron Convertible Shoulder Bag should never go on sale. I checked everywhere and it was always full price. Nearly all women have a black bag and therefore there is little to no reason why retailers would ever lower the price. Zappos had a random % off sale one day which stirred my interest , but at only $30 off the bag price, I still did not bite. The price went back to $528 and then....there was the VIP sale. The $528 bag was now $319 and I knew I would never, ever see the likes of that price again and so I jumped on it. I could not wait to receive my black Kira in the mail. The color was not a seasonal color and the style is new and current, therefore I expected to get my new bag in all its glory... original packaging , dust bag, tags attached , the whole works. Photo 1 was what I received in the mail . Photo 2 is a comparison between the Taupe Kira I purchased from the TB website in April and my black Kira purchased in August. Look at the difference in presentation. My new bag was flat, missing the dust bag and looked used. I ordered a new one when it became available again, but the second one was worse. It arrived in a resealable Zappos plastic bag!!!! You cannot ship a bag in a bag folks. You have to protect the merchandise . I returned one of the bags and salvaged the other in photos 3 and 4 with old stuffing paper and an old TB dust bag. I am still not 100% sure because I feel as if I am settling, but I do understand that the nature of shopping has changed because of the times. Your customer service, delivery times have always been top notch, pandemic or not. I was just disappointed this time with the packaging and presentation.
