Decent Bag: I almost didn't buy this bag after seeing several reviewers mentioning the strap unhooks easily. I've had this bag for 8 months now and the strap has not come undone on its own. I feel it's important to leave a review to share my personal experience with it in case there are potential buyers out there hesitant to give this bag a try because they're afraid the strap will pop off frequently. I've enjoyed using this bag daily but I'll say it gets uncomfortable if you hang the bag on your neck when you have heavier items in it - the strap isn't the most comfortable against the skin. Otherwise, it's a good casual bag to have!

Great for everything: Had this bag for over a year and it's held up good but I'm due for a new crossbody bag. I used this bag everywhere from hiking and camping to concerts, errands, and work. It's very functional and convenient for everyday and hiking because it fits your essentials like phone, wallet, keys, lip balm, and eye drops and your items are so easily accessible. The outer fabric has worn out after a year and there's some small holes poked from my keys and the logo stitching has come off. But I would repurchase again since it worked so well

I own 2 other bags of the same brand. The material is flexible and love the options of changing the strap to meet your needs (hang left or right shoulder or belt loop). I needed a small bag for venues with bag size restrictions. Perfect for that however my iPhone 11 fits fine and a small bifold wallet- and a few keys- nothing else would fit despite the handy additional pockets. Still love the brand, would continue buying.

Mixed Bag: I used this bag A LOT, and recommended it to so many of my friends for travel, but the strap issue has gotten to the point where it's no longer my go-to cross-body bag. If the fasteners could just be upgraded to something secure, then it would be a game-changer. PLEASE FIX THE ISSUE.

This is really a pocket sized item as described. I just didn’t think it would be that small. It’s well made but not spectacular in anyway. I returned based on the smallnesses alone.

Hooks need improvement: Love the size, functionality, strap length. Don't love the strap atttachment hooks which easily pop off. It would be a big design improvement if the hooks were replaced with a more secure latch. Then you would definitely have my 5 stars.

The size was perfect- I was looking for something to take for concert and sporting event venues. I'm returning because the strap is very flimsy.

Will never use again: Utterly useless. The strap attachment is very insecure and easily detaches. I almost lost my phone and passport on a plane when it slipped off as we disembarked. I pitched it.

So much smaller than I expected . Just a cute mini pocket.
