Amazon made me pick some safety shoes up for work from a selection of shoes. Considering Steel toes are required at all facilities in the US and I could only pick from a selection I figured I could just pick a shoe and be good. I got these in the mail, kiddo immediately destroyed the box (he loves boxes) then after I got them to work I was told I needed safety shoes, as these had no toe cap. Severely disappointed that I was able to buy the wrong shoe and now have a free pair of shoes to give to goodwill, as I cannot return them(no box) and I can’t wear them to work. Every time I turn around Amazon is screwing me over or messing up so hard the onus is on me to fix a trillion dollar companies mistakes.
