Runs big. If you are a half size, round down.

The top edge of the shoe cut into my ankle very uncomfortably. If the edge had been low enough against my ankle, I would have kept the shoe.

Size & fit are perfect. The leather creases permanently where your foot bends before the toes. The pair I received were worn and scuffed and Zappos did not respond to my request for an exchange - an automated text told me they were in a meeting and to try again some other time. Still, the shoes themselves are awesome.

My husband's first Doc Martens and he loves 'em! The fit was perfect and he says they're amazingly comfortable to walk around in, the kind of shoe where you actually forget to take it off when you get home at the end of the day.

I was concerned that the size 10 (since I usually wear a 10.5) wouldn't fit, but they are perfect size-wise. These shoes are "heavier" than your normal shoe of this style - you don't feel like you're carrying lead weights on your feet, but you notice them. The footbed is pretty comfy and the arch support was sufficient. I really like an aggressive arch support, but after wearing these for a bit I'm pretty happy with what they have. The material is like a ballistic nylon - almost like a kevlar blend. I wanted something that looked nice, was durable and didn't need shining - so this fit the bill. I've got a little "heel rub" on the left shoe - I've heard you need to break in your Docs, so I'm not too worried. I've done a fair bit of walking and it's not given me a blister or anything. Overall, for my first pair of Docs, I'm fairly happy. Price was right and they will do what I need.

I work in a grocery store and these shoes are perfect for a shift unloading trucks, stocking groceries, and providing customer service throughout the store. I use a pair of the green superfeet insoles to provide arch support. The insoles combined with the Dr. Marten's Bouncing Soles are a win win combination.

I bought these in a 6 (I’m usually a women’s 7.5/8) and they are so comfy. They definitely have a workwear look, but I like em, and they’re perfect for studio painting and teaching without looking frumpo

I was looking for a shoe that I could wear because I walk a lot with work and leisure. Wanted something other than a tennis shoe. These are great!

Runs big. Being that they are leather, they are stiff and hurt my ankles, however with time I’m sure they will soften up and be a great shoe. The quality is great. Well made just weren’t for me.

It is bit heavy for walking all day but I did not get any fatigue after 10 hours of work. I like stiffness on toe area and just enough protection for my toes.

Stiching on the arch digs into the arch. Very painful with each step.

Upon recieving these I pulled one shoe out and inspected it. Looked fine. Fast forward to me taking them both out to wear and I discover the left one is gnarled, scuffed and looks to be worn.

I was expecting a lot more from these shoes. The sole is undeniably high quality, but I cannot say the same thing about the vamp. The first time I tried them on, the vamp of the right shoe lost its color. It looks dated and poorly made. I was also surprised by the size. I buy a size 13 for all of my shoes, and there is usually little difference between them. Dr. Martens Reeder fits one size larger. Given the other options in the market, I would not buy this pair of shoes again.

I absolutely love these shoes. Amazing fit and feel. Exceeded my expectations. And man, they look good on my feet.

Great fit right out of the box!

These feel great and I’m very excited to wear them to work. I haven’t wore them yet unfortunately because I got injured. I’m about A month or two out from wearing them but they felt great trying on. They run big as all docs do I feel like so I went a full size down. I also use insoles with them and those felt good in these as well. I will update once I’m able to wear them but great so far. Thanks!

So comfy! I got these for work and they’re just what I wanted. I bartend so I’m on my feet constantly and I needed some new shoes. I’ve always worn the 1460’s and I have put insoles in them and that’s always worked. I kinda wanted to try something new so I went with the shoes. The mesh is perfect for giving my feet a little air while always being easy to wipe down if something is spilt. These go perfect with my insoles and it feels like I’m walking on pillows… They do run a little bit big. Km normally A size 11 and had to size down to A 10 in these. With the insoles and everything I still have plenty of room. Grab a pair! Highly recommend!!!

Love these shoes. I was looking for a vegan shoe and came across these after extensive searching. Very comfortable, durable, and fair priced. I will most definitely purchase again.

These are crazy comfortable right out of the box. I haven't had non leather docs before, but they fit like a glove and I love the extra shoestring height making the top of the foot more snug...I ordered these in a 14 and a pair of columbia's in 15, I wear a 15...both fit well, they definitely run large.

I generally wear a UK7/USW9/USM7.5, but in this style of Docs (and most of their more traditional large shoe leather and poly boots) I wear a UK6. If you are a half size maybe try the size down instead of a size up. True to width. I like a roomy toe box on shoes and these do not cramp my toes up or in at all. These are heavier than most sneakers, but you get used to the extra weight on your feet pretty quickly.

Perfect true to size. Comfortable right out of the box.
