Sizing is very off. For example, I wear a small 10.5, so I ordered 11 in wide since I have a slightly wide foot. These felt like a 10. The bottom tread is so narrow in width that you feel like you are constantly rolling off the tread. These are some of the most uncomfortable slippers I ever tried.

These were small as other reviewers have said. I'm a 10.5, need to round up to a full size anyway, and a size up from that seemed like it would be too much, so I ordered an 11 to get a feel for what would happen. They are a bit uncomfortable, but in a giving sort of way, so it seems like they'd stretch. However, what is an absolute deal breaker for me us that they don't have a full sized sole. This was my first experience encountering this, and it seems to be a terrible idea - it actually encourages your foot to roll with every step. I think this even means that you end up walking on a part of the shoe that is not the sole, which seems like this would wear the shoe out faster. Between the size and the design decision with the sole, i don't see any reason to try out another shoe made by this company.

This is a very comfortable and nice looking slipper. The warmth is perfect and the sole is sturdy and supportive. However, within 2 weeks of normal wear, the stitching along the side has come undone and the adhesive for the logo is failing. Very disappointing at this price point.

Loved the slipper look, but did not fit at all. Order at least one size larger, maybe two.

Size 11 too small. Size 12 way too large. Wanted to keep but fit made me return them and keep searching.

This is a Christmas gift and the box arrived completely destroyed - so much so that it won’t even close.

I wear a size 14. The sole feels too narrow and not stable. I would not wear these outside because the sole is so narrow that the leather would touch the ground. The sole seems correct for a size 3-4 smaller then the 14. I open the box slipped my foot in took three steps, put them back in the box and I’m returning them.

As shown on the Return Ticket, I ordered a 13 W and a M was sent. This is the second pair of slippers I am sending back, I was sent the wrong width both times. No more anything from Zappos.

Not real wool, not real 100%genuine Australian Shearling....

Bottom of the slipper was a recycled part from a much smaller size which made it fundamentally unusable.
