Needed new shoes for work (mechanic). I can always trust Columbia shoes to last me 1-2years. Nice and snug, great cushion, and always waterproof!

Wow. These are super light, comfortable, with a nice arch design. They feel like a zero drop, which I highly prefer. They do get a bit toasty (but it isn't cold yet, so that's just a gripe for wearing these in summer). I really like these! I was surprised by just how green they are (even a little more green than can be shown in pictures) - but overall I'm very happy with the purchase!

Some of my favorite boots ever. They break in so quickly, look great, and seem to be totally water tight. Seriously considering buying them in every color! I am insanely picky, and these have really exceeded my expectations in every way!

I've been wearing this boot daily for the past 2 weeks to work. On my feet for about 8-12 hours each day running delivery. The quality of the boot is good. The traction works well on most types of ground. Can be a little slick on some wet surfaces, so I step with caution. The size runs a little small, so I ordered a half size up. Break in period was about a day or 2 of use.

Light. Looks good. I think comfortable, but runs small, my toes jammed up to the end so hard to fully judge. Will try ordering a size up and see.

Bought the mid height version of the Fairbanks in the same size as the low version, that I have and love, but it was no where near the same fit. Much tighter toe box.

Bought these as a Black Friday deal so the price was too good to pass up. Have been hemming and hawing over getting these for a while. I have a pair of the black Fairbanks low sneaker version. Really enjoyed them but have worn the heels bald and always wished they had a waterproof coating or lining for the winter months. I wear them for work as they are subtle enough not to call out that they are really just sneakers. These boots wear the same in that regard. In design I prefer the split tone of the shoes version with its gum rubber sole to break up the visual profile a little better. The boots also feel different across my feet, and have a more pointed shape it feels like towards the toe compared to the shoes. Regardless of all that, at the sale price I grabbed them for, easily worth the money. At normal retail it was always a tougher decision (hence taking so long to pick them up). I have not had them in any wet conditions so I cannot yet speak to the waterproofing claims of the boot.

Good looking boots, felt nice. Drawbacks: treads pick up a lot of mud and drop it inside as they dry. Water just pours into these things--I know they aren't sold as water resistant but wow. I got 16 months out of these before the seam came loose on the right upper.

Worn these for a week or so and have been happy with the comfort and performance. Fit is on the higher volume side of things, but still pretty true to size. Waterproofing has held up well in very wet conditions. Footbed is comfortable, but firm. Lots of room to add an insole, which will probably be my only upgrade. Overall, a comfy and capable walking shoe.

Nice boot that find the balance between an urban and hiking boot. However, it has to be noted that these do not use the same last as the Fairbanks sneaker. The toe box is significantly narrower, so if you're ordering these expecting the same fit as the sneaker, be warned, they are not the same. I was pretty disappointed to discover that. Not really sure why Columbia would use a different last with the same name.

These shoes are comfortable, great for hiking or out on the muddy town. My only complaint is the green is much brighter than pictured which makes them hard to match with other clothes.

These boots were exactly what I was looking for. I've hiked with them pretty extensively this winter in snow and mud, and for me they've been completely waterproof. They don't seem to breathe all that well, which I assume is due to them being waterproof. For winter his has been great, my feet have been very warm. We'll see how this is as the weather starts to turn.
I'm generally pretty minimalistic when it comes to footwear. I prefer no heel, a minimal drop, and don't have a need for much arch support. These fit that bill perfectly, they're pretty flat, and the arch is minimal, which may not be ideal for everyone.
The comments about the Gravel/Dark Moss color are pretty accurate. It is definitely much more "green" than it appeared in the pictures that were available when I bought. There is really no grayish color to them at all. That said I still like them, though had the Graphite Delta been available when I bought I'd have considered those.
TL:DR If you like a fairly minimalistic shoe this is a great option. If you're looking for something with more support, probably look for something else.

Beautiful in terms of appearance and use, but the shoes also have a different smell. There is a smell of a product such as plastic or a product used while being made inside the shoes. You can't smell this smell from afar, but when you near shoes, a heavy smell comes out.

First time reviewing shoes.
Pros: Look good and comfy to walk in. Keep my feet warm.
Cons: Keep my feet too warm. Felt like my feet were soaked after being in them for 4 hrs. Took them off and padding in the shoe and my wool socks were moist. Obviously sweat. Had to keep wearing them and 9 hrs total. Next day the same thing. Feet were warm, but inner padding was wet and so were my socks. Pads already have that sweaty smell after 2 days. Day 3 and 4 were the same. I didn't realize they didnt dry overnight day 1 so that didn't help. I wasnt in water but there was a lot of walking. Overall still comfy but run way too warm for me I guess.

This is a very nice boot for walking on slushy sidewalks or shoveling light snow. It is softer than most hiking boots maybe halfway to a sneaker? The only problem is that it runs small so I will return it. There is no half size, bummer!

Comfortable and sturdy but color is pretty odd. The green is not the drab color in the photos, it is almost like a deep emerald color. It has a certain sheen to it due to the material which is not at all captured in the photos. Also the heel color is very flat so there is an extreme contrast between the main material and the heel. I don't really mind it and kind of like the color, but it is far from what it looks like in pictures.

My overview is a 4 star but could have been a 5 star if I was allowed to wear the boots for awhile. Businesses count too much on getting a customer's opinion when if a customer is satisfied and happy with their product they show their satisfaction by purchasing more products. I, myself, bought two pairs of boots and have worn both pairs one time. I was not bootless and immediately tried your boots. I am a retired soldier and I rotate my boots to keep my feet healthy and the colors I ordered and wear do not blend with my attire every day.
