I purchased these boots as a Christmas gift for my 52 yr old husband. He absolutely loves them. They run true to size. He describes them as the most comfortable boots he owns. They are water resistant and light weight. I went ahead and purchased the same boots for my 25 yr old son and my 79 yr old father. All of them love the boots. So they are not only comfortable and versatile, they are equally as fashionable for all 3 of these men at different age generations!

These waterproof mid boots are amazing for comfort, warmth, and the waterproof features. I got these mostly for early morning walks with my dog because I always came back with my shoes soaking wet from morning dew or early rains. But now, with the winter snow storms in my area this year, I've used them almost all day for about 2 weeks and they are amazing comfortable, easy to put on, extremely warm, and cool looking which I think is also pretty important. I personally got the green version. They do get snow in the top of the mid boots if stepping or running through 6 inches or deeper snow like I did with my dog so the taller version might suit you better if you regularly want to use these in snowy conditions.

I bought my Fairbanks Mids several weeks ago and they have become pretty much my daily wear. Near perfect for our mostly mild-ish winter in North Carolina. I ordered the same size as my Fairbanks Low and the fit is great, plenty of cushion, and the collar doesn't bind. As usual with Columbia shoes, I went up a half size. I'm very happy with my decision to go ahead with this purchase!

I bought these boots they marketed as waterproof and breathable...I was thinking "that dont make any sense" till after a toadstrangler I walked through that river out in my frontyard. They was water proof until it got over the top but the felt dry in after just a min. Idk what kinda witchcraft they usin but it kinda blew my mind.

I bought these to go to Ireland, not knowing what the weather would be. They were great. I also just was outside during a huge rainstorm for at least 6 hrs and my feet stayed dry and warm.. so happy with this purchase!

It is very comfortable. I do recommend wearing these boots and going for a short walk to make them a bit more flexible before walking for a long time. They are very stable, and I could walk the entire day without any issue or discomfort.

I purchased these boots to replace an existing pair of shoes that I use for traveling and day to day. I've been wearing them for the last few days and they are very comfortable to walk in and the color goes with most outfits making them versatile.
