I saw these and immediately wanted them - reminded me of a favorite pair of booties I used to own. Reading the reviews I ordered a half size up - mistake. Could have ordered my regular shoe size (which I did) - even allowing for thicker socks the half size up was way too big. But like some reviews noted, the shoe in my regular size feels snug - more on sides than toe box which felt fine. I found I needed to loosen the laces and put the mostly decorative buckle on the loosest notch and the shoes fit more like I’m accustomed. Will likely need to wear a slightly thinner sock and trust they will break in in short order and these should be fine. Footbed felt reasonably comfortable. Appreciate these are waterproof but haven’t tested this feature out yet.

I bought the moon rock color. It's not quite the color I thought it would be but I can live with it. And while I could be wrong, I felt like I received a pair of boots that had been returned. There was no damage or marks on the boots but it seemed like I was not the first person to put them on. Just a little disappointing but I'm keeping them.

I love these boots. A lot. However one of the rivets came off during the third wear. Which wasn't a huge deal. Just really annoying for the cost of the product and the durability of my previous Merrell products. Then the rubber soles started coming apart in the back of both boots and the "wood" heel is worn, dirty, and discolored. They just haven't held up to one cold season. They're comfortable, good-looking, and warm. Just not worth the money if they don't last.

Wasn’t a fan of the fit. My feet turned in when walking due to no arch support or odd shaping all together. Overall a narrow boot compared to most.

The moon rock color is nothing like the picture. It's much darker. I really wanted the lighter color so I haven't decided if I will return them or not.

Never had a pair of Merrells that were uncomfortable before. Limping after a couple hours particularly around the ankle and ball of the foot...

These shoes are comfortable, cute, love wearing them. But the wooden heel is such a disappointment. The way it absorbs water has caused nasty looking uneven discoloration, and the wood has started to go soft in places. The way the rubber is attached to the bottom has caused it to start losing pieces as well. For a shoe of this quality and of this price, the wooden heel is such an unexpected let down.
