The size was correct, but the area around the ankles rubbed. I have problem feet or I should say my right foot needs much more cushioning than most people need. The material around the ankles which is the same as the rest of the shoe is somewhat stiff which is why it rubbed. I don’t know if these comments would be helpful to someone with normal feet but I ended up returning them.

The collar on the boot is weird. It hits the sides of your ankle when you walk and I could tell that it would irritate them if warn for very long

I like them but they rub. Trying to decide but will probably return.

These Merrell booties are pretty comfortable, though they are slightly narrower than my older Merrell boots and Encore Ice slides. They fit very well with thinner socks. I need large toe space and these do the trick. I can wear them for hours and they are comfortable. They are kind of tight when pulling them on, so I need a shoe horn to pull them on. A loop on the back of the ankle to pull them on would be helpful. I haven't had bad weather yet to try them out in snow, but they are warm and have the traditional Merrell rugged sole. So I think they will be find when the snow does fly!

These boots are very cute and comfortable, and they make my feet look small…the perfect trifecta! I’m usually a size 10, but my experience with Merrell is that they can run 1/2 size small. I got a 10.5 to make room for wool socks and am glad I did. My toes don’t touch the end and my heels do not slip. The insole is removable so I can replace them when the need arises. I haven’t tested their waterproofness, but am not too worried as I usually try to avoid deep puddles! I’m sure I’ll get years of used out of these!

I am usually an 8-1/2 to 9 wide in other brands, and have a high instep. I sized up to 40.5 due to my wide foot and it fit very well. This boot is a sleeker alternative to a big snow boot. Worked perfectly for snow-shoeing and apres-ski. Waterproof feature kept my foot dry and warm. Solid tread with decent traction. Side zipper makes for an easy on and off compared to laces.

I've been looking for easy-on waterproof boots. These do the trick and look nice too. No issues with rubbing on the ankles that others reported. They are roomy enough for thick socks.

The fit is good, unlike other brands i tried today!. These are cute boots, but too short on my leg...the cuff is very wide and would let snow in...

This boot is great except that it’s hard to get into with socks. The warm fuzzy lining is a nuisance for me and I don’t want the extra warmth.

The heel of this boot was too stiff for me to get my foot into the boot without a major struggle. My foot didn't just slide into the boot like I would have expected. I typically appreciate a sturdy shoe because I have very bad feet, but I couldn't even get my foot into this one.
