Shoe overall is a bit hard to put on, and the toe area is narrower than other shoes

Not as good as the previous releases. My older ones felt made of better materials.

They're comfortable, but the footbed is too spongy for me to wear them as distance walkers. the instability is hard on my knees.

Mega grip outsole quickly started separating from the underlying midsole material after only 175 miles.

I bought this shoe and have worn it to hike three times. The paint is chipping all over the place. The shoes feel good but the quality is very disappointing.

I loved the look of this shoe, but when I put them on, they were too narrow and pinched my feet. I was bummed out that I couldn't wear them because they are really good looking shoes. Merrell came through and I returned them for a different style.

Honestly, I felt very uncomfortable wearing it. The soles are too soft. It is the only exception of all my shoes from Merrell. Don't get me wrong. I am a loyal Merrell fan. I did not want to return it when I noticed the issue. Business is tough. I wish Merrell the best. Thank you.

I'm a one time sub 5 minute high school miler, and am built the way you might expect, relatively narrow, not like a football player. And running shoes over the years have generally fit me very well, as running shoe companies know their target users don't have very wide feet. Merrill doesn't seem to know this. I tried my usual 9 1/2 medium, it was way too wide, and I had some extra toe room. So I exchanged it for a 9 medium. And even with heavy socks, and tight lacing pattern, it's too wide in the mid foot. The cushioning seems good, the grip pretty good on the often steep and fairly rocky trails I run on. But it not meant for a runners foot. So I'll be going back to traditional running shoe brand such as Brooks or Asics immediately, as my feet are just not supported well enough by this too wide last to use for actual running.

The webbing and soft achilles tab make putting the shoe on with socks a pain. The back achilles area will ultimately end up being smashed down and ruin the shoe. Once on, the shoe is very tight, not at all like Moabs. Moabs actually make my feet feel good, these don't. Seems like a rushed, poorly engineered product...

Comfortable shoes, but I have been wearing them to walk my dogs over the past month and the bottoms in the back have already worn down to bare rubber, Not sure what the issue is but I do not think they will last the summer

I've had these shoes for about 4 months. I wore them daily to work. If I would have done a review a month ago it would have been 5 stars, but now it's a one star. The design for the laces is horrible. As you can see in the photo two of the lace straps have torn rendering these shoes unwearable, which suck because they are still in great shape otherwise and were very comfortable.

Around town not for the mountains. These are a low profile shoe and honestly don't see them as a trail runner.

The worst, because I could not buy the shoes and my card was charged and the money was reversed five days later and I lost the opportunity to make another purchase

I got these awhile back, but started wearing them in August when we had to go back to the office. I only wear them there and grocery shopping and normal activities. I have not wore them for hiking or anything extreme like running. The back of them are already tearing up. They are comfortable, but not durable at all for the price. Not sure if I will buy this brand again.
