During the pandemic, i have tried to find the perfect slippers, and these are by far the best I have found. Warm in the winter with room for a sock if needed. Cool in the spring and early summer unless you wear them too long. (I am probably going to get the shorter model for the fall season. I absolutely love the feel of these slippers, and with the rubber soles, you can go outside to get the mail, walk in the grass, etc. One feature that I particularly love is the slit on each side of the top of the slipper - it makes it really easy to just step into them. The fit on these is exactly what I want - snug enough that I am not stepping out of them when I walk, but loose enough to be all-day comfortable with room for a sock when needed. Based on the style, you probably won't wear these to the mall or Applebee's,but you could. They are SO comfortable. I think these are the Holy Grail of slippers.

LOVE these booties and I only just discovered them! My feet stay warm and comfortable but never over heat -and that's true both without socks and with a fine merino sock. Comfortable fit and warmth either way. This is in contrast to Haflingers, which I loved and wore for years until I finally admitted that my feet would overheat in them. I suspect the difference is in the boiled wool of the other brand versus the unique way the wool is treated to make Glerups. I've been wearing the Glerups for a few weeks now - every day, all day - and have had nothing but comfort. Sizing is slightly large but maybe that's also because it's super comfy for my slightly wide feet. I prefer one size down whether I wear them without socks (as recommended) or with socks. I love how the boots stay under my boot cut jeans but also look cute with leggings. The closed heel takes just a little tug to get on/off which is nice for during the day as it also keeps the moderate arch support in just the right spot. I might get a pair of slip-on style for those midnight trips to the bathroom. The quality of the material and craftsmanship is obvious. I bet these will last for years of constant wear.

This slipper is comfortable and it fits well, but it has a very serious flaw. There is absolutely no excuse for this boot not having a loop on the heel in back to assist in putting on the slipper. Without it, it is a major hassle to get your foot into the boot. For the premium price that you pay for this item, there is, as I said, no excuse for not having that feature. For me, this is a serious enough issue that I am going to sew loops on myself. I should not have to do that on a $150 slipper.

Wore them all weekend without socks and my feet stayed warm and dry. I normally wear a 9-9.5 or a 40 in Birkenstock. I ordered the 40 and they are perfect.

I'm mystified. How can people wear these with the rounded bottom? There's nothing flat to stand on. My son and I both felt these were unwearable. Yet people love them.

I have them on RIGHT NOW! I like the rubber soles that are comfortable with short outside trips to the mailbox or trash cans. I think they are a bit on the expensive side, but they seem to be a "good buy". I normally like/wear shoes with are wide "toe box" but these seem to be just fine in their medium width....If I was looking for new Tennis shoes, I would look for New Balance "608" and 4E....this concerned me until I slipped the Glerups on. They are just fine!

These slippers are fantastic! Love the color and love the rubber sole. I originally ordered the leather sole but found I needed more substantial padding on the ground because my feet are always freezing and the cold seeped through! The only thing I wish these had was more arch support, but I did buy some Glerups insoles and now they are perfect! If you are on the fence, the rubber sole is worth the extra cost. I wear a size 7 and the 37s were perfect.

Kind of wish they had 1/2 sizes....my size 11 are too small for my regular socks with the slippers. The heel seems to slip around a little; but, I was more concerned with the width...especially the "toe box". My normal shoes are usually wider than "medium width" and I usually look for the wider "toe box". These slippers are just fine overall. I like the fact that the rubber soul allows you to wear the "outside" on short trips and not worrying about the possible dampness. Great slippers overall! .

The size fits just fine. I like that the boots are warm around my ankles and that the sole feels sturdy. The one negative is that the insole isn't padded and so I wouldn't call these amazingly comfortable.

Admittedly I am very picky about slippers because they are all about comfort after all, am I right? The Glerups are without a doubt high end product in terms of quality - beautifully constructed. Unfortunately the very wonky sole, which is cupped sort of like a little row boat is the strangest thing ever. No way I could get used to walking in them. Super odd in my opinion. If they'd only make a flat sole they'd be great.

The fit was great but the rounded bottom felt very unstable. i don't want to worry about rolling my ankle, so back they go.

LOVE my Glerups! I wear an 11 to an 11 1/2 depending on brand. I had to return the 42 for the 43 and the 43 is a perfect fit! So comfy! Can be worn barefoot and the wool doesn't itch or leave marks like a Halflinger.

The shoes fit like a barefoot shoe, close to vivobarefoot brand fit, with slightly less toe room. Wearing them sockless is great, and my feet stay dry and warm while wearing them. They are easy to get on and off, shed a little bit of felt for the first week or so. These are just great comfortable house shoes, and once things are colder and drier outside I will likely wear them outside for short errands that don't involve mud, moisture or dog crap.

I can’t say enough good things about these slippers. I live in an area that gets really cold in the winters, but these bad boys keep my feet at the perfect temperature. The wool does exactly as advertised…it keeps your feet at the proper temperature but never “sweaty” or clammy feeling like other slippers I’ve owned. The rubber bottoms are great for making a quick run outside and have handled moderate snow and moisture wonderfully. The build quality is great and if/when these things wear out I won’t hesitate to buy another pair.

These are true to size. I wear a 37 in Birkenstock so ordered 37 and it fits great barefoot. I have neuropathy so was looking for something warm but not too hot or constrictive. These have enough room for my toes to move without feeling too big. They also slide on easily so not tight around the ankles. Kudos to Zappos for quick delivery; I ordered these yesterday and they arrived today. (When checking out, I logged in with my Amazon Prime account so got Amazon delivery.) I ordered the Grey/Grey rubber sole which were on sale so a great buy!

They were a little difficult to put on initially but now I can almost slip them on without even using my hands. The sole is rounded on the bottom which is very unusual. It took a little bit to get used to but now I absolutely love them. I am kind of dreading spring weather because I have the taller version that is much more appropriate for cold weather but I think I’m going to order some low cut versions to continue wearing them. I call them my ‘world slippers’. I have at least three friends who have ordered them after seeing them.

Fantastic fit and comfort. I can’t stop wearing these both inside and quick outside walks to the post box. Perfect no-sock toasty slipper boot for Idaho snowy weather.

These are just fantastic house shoes! My husband got a pair first and raved about them so I had to try them myself. So comfortable I feel like I'm barefoot in them, except my feet are warm and protected by a sturdy sole. Only negative is they rub against your ankle in the beginning, but once they're broken in a bit that goes away.

For someone whose shoe size varies from 9 to 9.5 wide (depending on the shoe or bootmaker), these Glerups boots were spot on. They are so comfortable you almost don't realize you're wearing "boots" -- it's kinda like wearing extra heavy socks with a rubber sole. Feet do not sweat while wearing these and there is zero itch. Make no mistake, they're pricey. But in my estimation, they're very much worth it.

Definitely order your true size. They fit my size 6 foot perfectly. These are easy to get on and very comfortable to walk in. I have been ordering the cozy slippers with the super fuzzy linings and what I keep finding is after about 2 weeks the fuzzy lining starts to get mashed down and the slippers stretch and all of a sudden my perfect fitting slipper is too big. With these Glerups... they are SO comfy and SO warm! I was a little hesitant to order because I'm so into the cozy slipper thing and these didn't scream cozy to me but I love them so much I'm getting my husband a pair. They don't slip off my feet when walking and they have a great arch support. Very warm, you could wear out to a store if you wanted to but I probably wouldn't. However taking the garbage out or getting the mail - just like a shoe but warm and comfy like a slipper. I will be researching this brand for more items. Excellent craftsmanship!

These Glerups wool slippers are very warm, comfortable, and stylish. The material feel to be of high quality.

These are well-constructed, practical shoes. Also, I like that they don't provide arch support, because that gives them a more natural feel. However, I'm returning them because the instability created by the rounded heels makes them ankle twisters.
