The perfect slippers for a cold winter. Best slipper I've tried.

This was a Christmas gift requested by my husband and he is delighted with them -- good looking, warm and good tread.

I bought my first pair of Glerups in Iceland almost 6 years ago. I have worn them for a few hours indoors daily since then. I've worn them outdoors to fetch mail, bring out trash, etc., briefly, with no issues. They are only now showing wear and stretching out. Amazing! They are expensive, but a good value for the money given how long they last and how incredibly warm they are.

Really cozy and warm, but also breathable. At first they did not quite fit right, but by the third time I wore them, they fit perfectly--snug but not too tight--and have remained so.

I'm actually reviewing the non-slipons because I found that my heel slipped out of the open heel version even when I tried a smaller size. The leather soled indoor version with closed heel are the perfect cozy comfortable slipper.

I've had a version of boiled wool slippers for over 30 years, starting with a pair I picked up in Austria. My Grelups are the best. I've had this pair for at least 3 years and I wear them all winter long.

I hesitated at first because of the price, but they are incredibly worth it!

I got these slippers as a holiday gift for my mom and she absolutely loves them. Very warm and cozy for around the house and easy on/off with the open back. Fit true to size.

These slippers are *the* most comfortable slippers I've ever had the pleasure to wear. Warm, light, and very comfortable. I can't recommend the highly enough. I just hope these are still available when I eventually wear out these (no doubt after several years since they seem to be so well made) since I will definitely be buying the same.

when i first put my new pair on, i thought they seemed a little loose, and might fall off my feet. i said i'd give them a day to get to know me. by the end of the day, the shoes conformed to my feet and became great friends. now we are one happy body, all molded together.

I bought these for my wife for Christmas. She has several pairs of slippers that she constantly is taking off because they are too hot, don't stay on her feet, or have worn out. When I gave her these they were an instant hit. Comfortable, well made and not too hot. She loves them and right away went to order a pair of regular shoes from the same company.

My wife loves them! They don't make a sound when walking and are as light as air!

These slippers are great! Both my husband and I purchased a pair and love them. They fit perfectly and are very comfortable. They also don't scuff up our dark wood floors!

I bought a pair of the ankle height Glerups in 2019, a bit of hygge during the start of the pandemic. In 2021, my mother visited and said she loved them so I bought her this pair of the open heel ones for Christmas, and she absolutely loves them. I wondered if they'd be worth the price, especially because there is some inside shedding of wool inside early on, but now, 1.5 years in, I can definitely say yes, they're worth it. The shedding has stopped, and they wash well. They're warm but like merino sportswear, breathe really well. They can be worn with or without socks (unlike my fleece lined slippers, which is what I previously wore). The leather bottoms are great on wood floors--but be warned, they're very slippery on winter steps--so no quick trips outside to get wood for the fire. Still, I wouldn't give them up. They are the perfect work from home shoe / slipper.

Love, love, love these slippers. Super comfortable! Highly recommend them. If you like to slip on and off quickly these are perfect.

I love these wool slippers, they are comfortable, warm and easy to put on and take off. I will buy them again.

I got these for my husband for Christmas and he loves them. He usually wears an 11.5 or 12 US and I got him size 47. They're a bit snug with socks on, but since they're wool, I'm sure they'll mold to his feet.

Super comfortable! They slip on easily and offer the perfect amount of cushion as I walk around in our wood floors. Just what I have been looking for!

The best winter slipper ever! I tried many, and after a month or so I had to throw them away. They were all made out of imitation something wool, sherpa and what not. That stuff wouldn't let your foot breathe. The result is sweat and bad smell. Even if washed, the slippers' smell would return after a few days. I was desperately looking for some slippers that would let your feet breathe while keeping them warm. I tried these because they were made out of pressed or boiled wool. Something Mother Nature made. I am elated! I wear them all the time, and I am finally at peace: no sweating, no yucky smell, no bad feelings, not throwing money out of the window buying another pair of slippers after a month or two. They are excellent! They are not cheap, but hey, they don't smell, and I would never throw them away, unless they are really worn out and I need another identical pair! Highly recommended!

Super comfortable. Exactly what I, who prefer to go barefoot whenever I can, was looking for. Soft and warm and easy to slip on.
