I've bought 2 other brand wool slippers and they don't compare to Glerups. I live in these slippers all day long. Extremely comfortable, true to size (EU 42 fits US womens 10), soft wool, leather sole and made expertly. I have them in this blue and a cranberry colour. The only thing that lacks is firmer arch support. It's there but I needed more so I bought wool slipper arch insoles from Giesswein which slip right in perfectly (EU size). I bought these for my entire family.

These slippers are very comfortable, wear like a moccasin, feet do not sweat in them, easy and just the right warmth. I bought the blue ones and they look nice with jeans. I often wear them when I work and they look fine. Easy to slip on and off. Nice to wear all day long. These are really the best slippers I've had. I like the suede sole, so I don't go outside in these.

These are perfect - comfortable, not too warm, easy to put on and take off, and don't accidentally slip off your feet.

Great to wear for tired and cold toes. Feel joy when I wear these on my wood floors while waiting to install more area rugs. My feet are sore from walking on my new wood floors. Love the relief they give me.

There is something about coming home from work and wanting to get out of shoes and into a comfortable pair of slippers. To be home is to wear slippers! My issue is that as I have aged, I need arch support. So, I ordered these slippers and placed my arch support insole into them and they work perfect. I have the leather bottomed slippers like I am used to, easy to take on and off, and the comfort of natural wool surrounding my feet. I have been wearing them for about a month now and they remain amazing. Also, when I am home, I am not often sitting but busy about the house so the slippers have received a good work out in this past month.

These are my favorite slippers EVER. They are extremely comfortable - in cold weather to mildly hot. I love that there are no plastic parts. I actually feel grounded wearing them. This is my 2nd pair. My first lasted longer than my Haflinger ones did. Some people complain about them "cracking." What I appreciate about boiled wool - you can always sew any tears closed (like at the big toe), and make them last a lot longer. Get out your needles & thread, folks! But I haven't had to sew my Glerups, just the Haflingers.

I love these slippers. Keep my feet warm without sweating. I was concerned they may be a little small when I first put them on, but they stretched out nicely over the first 72 hours. Definitely an indoor slipper with the leather sole, but I happily wear them every day!

My husband loves these slippers. They are easy for him to step into and they stay firmly on while he is using stairs, or walking on carpeted and wood floors. The soles accommodate our fog damp concrete while he collects the early morning newspaper and seeks a sunny spot on the back patio to open and read it. Our house is cooler than most and he is still wearing light socks with his Glerups, but they will be shedded as soon as summer approaches. Our experience with good boiled wool has always been very positive because of its unique adaptability for different temperature ranges. I strongly recommend these slippers and hope you continue to keep them in stock. Maybe some for women's feet too!

My husband has the shoe type and loves them, so I thought I would try the Open heel since I wear clogs a lot. These are very comfortable and warm. They are a little snug with socks, but I'm told they stretch after some time, so that will be good. They are a very thick wool so I expect they will wear well. They don't have any arch support, which I like - it's like walking around in your bare feet but warmer.

Best slipper I have ever had

I have been searching for a soft-bottomed slipper with support and no back to wear around the house, and this was perfect! I am typically a true size 36 but got a 37 so I can wear it with thicker socks and I am very happy with that choice. They are so comfortable and I look forward to getting home and putting them on!
