These are the 2nd pair of these shoes I've had, and moving away from them is a mistake. The soles are soft and springy. Only drawback is that the back of the heel wears holes in 6 months.

The fit and size are awesome. The best steel toe shoes on the zappos site. The soles on these shoes are like Adidas NMD, pureboost, and/or ultraboost.
