These are beautiful and well made, but they did not fit me. I am an 11 narrow, and my toe was at the very end and back heel was too wide for me. I'd say if you have a medium width, order a 1/2 size up and you'd be just right.

My daughter is 10 years old and already wears a 8.5 in women so I got her exact size but they fit to perfect so had to return them for a 9 and hoping they fit a bit better because I love the boots overall. They are warm and comfortable for winter weather we have here in chicago.

There are truly sturdy boots and I believe just from seeing them that they are warm and waterproof. They were just too stiff for me and I have a narrow heel which is always an issue with fit on any shoe or boot.

This is my first ever pair of snow/ winter boots, bought for a ski town weekend in Colorado. I'm usually size 5, but sometimes wear 5.5-6 in select brands/ styles that run small. I initially ordered the Columbia Ice Maiden Shorty (very similar style but laced) in size 5.5, but found that to be too big even with moderately thick socks. Unfortunately that style were out of stock in size 5, so I went with this pair instead in size 5. I was initially worried that this style may be difficult to pull on and off, but so glad I got the slip-on style and do not have to deal with shoe laces! The shoes had good traction for walking on snow and even ice surface (I did walk slowly), and was reasonably warm and comfortable. Pretty colors and good shoes for a pair that costs only $70. Get them!

Boots were pretty hard and uncomfortable. I thought they ran a little small. I wanted something that was higher up on the leg. These weren't much taller than my ankle boots.

I loved the look of these boots but they left quite a bit to be desired. They ran a tad large and wide and were not comfortable to walk in at all.

I had to return the boots for my mom because they were too tight on her feet,

I checked the size chart provided by Zappos and ordered the size suggested. The boots are very stiff upper and narrow in the foot area. I definitely would order at least a half size larger. I will be returning these.

Very narrow even though the boot looks like it has a roomy round toe. Usually wear and 8.5 and could only get my foot in without socks on!

I am returning these. They are well made but they did feel a bit bigger in size. Also they fall at an odd height on my leg, but my least favorite part about them is the opening width, it looks really silly on the leg because it is an odd shape and looking down I can see all the way into the boot if I have on a pair of leggings and its so big it pushes my jeans out at that part. Not a fan of these personally from a style standpoint, which is a shame as they seemed well made, comfortable if I had the correct size and warm.

The ankle opening is waaaay too wide. Not flattering on me.
