I bought these shoes last week because I need a sneaker for commuting to work. Overall I am disappointed in the product. The shoes feel heavy on my feet, which is making the rest of my legs hurt when I speed walk through city streets. They are also unnecessarily wide making me look I have duck feet.

I've been a fan of the Omni series since the beginning, repurchasing every 9-12 months. As other reviews state, the Omni 20 is built differently, with a narrower footbed than all of the previous models. Unfortunately this shoe is no longer my go-to. In search of another wide running shoe until Saucony reconsiders their fit.

I have worn the Omni style for years, reordering with each new rollout. I was surprised and bummed to find the Omni 20 footbed been narrowed from the previous versions. This is a return for me and now I'm on the hunt for a new shoe brand.

They are too narrow and feel cheap in comparison to previous editions.

You sent me the Cohesion, not the Omni. It’s being returned.

Ordered womens 9.5 wide. Shoe was labeled wrong because I could not fit my feet into the shoes. Returned shoes and got charged shipping for the return.

I have worn Saucony ,Omni sneakers for years. Now, the company decided to make the Omni wide narrower. I can no longer wear them and have to change brands. I ordered several pair, just to make sure the first pair wasn't a fluke. They're all the same. Had to return all of them. Very unhappy!!!!
I'd also recommend:
I am now trying a pair of Brooks.

I LOVED the Omni 19s. They were my perfect shoe. Now with this latest model, the "wide" shoe was noticeably narrowed in the toe box and less arch support. I had horrible shin splints until I went back to the 19s. Looks like I'll be searching for a different brand when the 19s I've stockpiled run out. If you were running in the 19s, be very careful with the fit of this new model.

I used the live chat and asked which shoes compared to the Omni 16s, I was told the Omni 20 but these are "nothing" like the Omni 16s, these are very narrow, not much cushion, the material on the sides is not smooth and rubs on my feet giving me a blisters, the couple times that i wore them for a full workday my feet hurt so bad that i had to wait a few days before I could wear them again, im so disappointed that i spent alot of money on shoes that I cant wear to work...
