I’ve worn Saucony for years and have loved them. These weren’t as comfortable. The footbed was hard. I returned them.

They are a good show if you're running on cement outside. I broke my foot and am slowly getting back into city running before I head back on the trails with my feet and this shoe offers a lot of cushion. I would not recommend this shoe when running on a treadmill. My form is a little different and I think it's because I get stiff from feeling like I'm in a box. I have low arches and wished it had better arch support, but nothing a new sole can't fix. They are a little heavy so I wouldn't wear them for my half marathons, but if I'm just doing 3-8 miles they're fine.

There is a lot of forefoot support that was too much for me. Felt uncomfortable for me.

I've been a huge fan of the endorphin collection! Have gone through 3 Endorphin Shifts already and am loving my Endorphin Speed. However I decided to try the Endorphin Shift 2 to see if it really was better. Verdict: not my preference. The tighter fit is too narrow and snug on my feet which means long runs can really hurt. The speed roll is less pronounced so I feel like I'm working a little bit harder. And the responsiveness is not there. So it's a less springy feel. Leaving this review only so the designers can incorporate into the Endorphin 3 which I would happily try if it is more akin to the Endorphin shift 1.

I bought the endorphin speed a few months ago and fell in love with them - I felt they made me go faster and for longer than I was used to. However I have flatter feet than most and tend to overpronate and so decided to buy the Endorphin Shift 2 to give my feet some support but still stay within the Endorphin line. The Shift are more stable, but they don't give me the same energy and propulsion that the Speed give me. The Shift 2 feel bulkier and heavier and they're just not fun to run in - running feels like work in these - which is not at all what I expected from the Endorphin family. They fit true to size and provide stability but just are not working for me because they feel bulky and heavy and I don't feel the Speedroll technology at all. I also have the Guide 14 and would choose those over the Shift 2 any day although nothing is as great as the Speed. Unfortunate that I can't return these.

Very similar to Hoka's, way too much shoe for me. I returned them.

I've used them consistently for about a month. For the first time ever, I've developed blisters under my toenails. The color is awesome though

The shoe was very comfortable, supportive, and I loved the way it looked. However, I needed these shoes for long distance running and they were much too heavy. I found myself running much slower due to the weight of the shoes, so I had to return them.

A little too tight in the toe box and I didn't care for how the shoe rocks your foot forward (I'm more of a walker anyway, but proper runners might appreciate this feature).

I've worn these shoes twice for about 3 hours but I'm having a difficult time breaking them in. The left shoe is more comfortable than the right so I'm wondering if there is some type of defect in the shoe. I have narrower feet and these shoes have no room in the toe box. My suggestion is to try on before you buy.

The shoes look good, but little or no support for my arches and generally, my feet hurt while trying to walk. I truly wish I had returned them back for another design, which accommodate my low arches. I would not suggest these for any one with feet issues. Sorry, I usually do like the Saucony brand but this design ... just didn't work for me. These shoes run narrow...

The tongue does not allow me to put on my daughters foot. She has special needs so she can't help me put on her. It is too difficult to use her orthotics on the shoe

Fit was really small. I bought the Speed at the same time and same size and I love them.

Love the colors. Made well. Definitely dissatisfied with the fit. Not as comfortable as my other Sauconys and are narrower.

the Endorphin Shift 2 just felt "off." I can't really describe, not too big, definitely not too small, but just "off," especially when I walked around the house in it ... (actually just from the bedroom to the bathroom).

I own endorphin shift first generation shoe. I enjoyed them, felt spacious for my wider foot, stable, not hotspots or blistersan overall good shoe. When I got my shift 2 in the same size, the fit was a bit more snug and felt comfortable walking. I wore them 1x for an 8 mile run and had two blisters in spots I don't typically get sore.. I'm not exactly sure what changed but there is a difference. Because I wore them 1x I cannot return them or exchange them. I like my first pair quite a bit. Now I have a beautiful, not inexpensive, pair of shoes in my closet that I cannot use or return. A little sad.

These were ok. As a runner who wears orthotics, these aren't orthotic friendly. They are stiff and hard.

I bouth the Shift 2 for my recovery runs. These shows are too stiff for me. This is particularly noticeable because I regularly run with my Endorphin Speed 2 -and I adore them. I''m keeping these shoes for walking only.

These shoes are not very flexible so running is difficult. They are pretty good for use in the gym for weights and light movement.

Loved the original version of the shift which held up very well and were extremely comfortable. The new version is much more stiff/firm and not as plush. Not exactly the best for an easy day or recovery run. Additionally, after 100 miles or so the shoes started squeaking whenever I walk/run. Would go back to the original shift but can't find them anymore.

Not a fan of this shoe. I preferred the Endorphin Shift 1 over to the Shift 2. Also no pull tabs? Except for the one on the front of the shoe tongue. Shift 1 seems to work better for me. And the colours are bland. The ride feels very stiff. If compared to the Nike Zoom Alphafly, the Alphafly has a very nice plushy bounce to it. Sorry, back to the drawing board!

I miss the old Endorphin Shift. The Endorphin Shift 2 is heavier and provides little spring when running, compared to the previous edition. I appreciate the slim fit of this shoe, but I am having a difficult time adjusting to its firm feel.
