The 19's are great. They grab my me heel better and I have high arches and insteps.
I use them primarily for walking the 5km I do each day up and down a lot of really steep hills. They are easy on my feet and have good energy return. I tend to strike with my heel and these things propel me.
Once I changed from Asics to the Triumph series 17, 18, 19 and I suppose 20 coming up, I would not go back.
My sense is they are not as solidly constructed as my Asics but they are much better fitting and the foam is perfect.
Of course I recommend these shoes without reservation. The fitted width is perfect - True to size.

Great quality and support. I bought the orange, which are bright but a good color. I'm a stocky guy and didn't want something quite as big as Hoka and found this is a great alternative. I've worn Brooks for a long time but needed a change. I typically run 3 miles and the shoe is perfect for my usage.

Even better than the 18's for my feet. Lighter and roomier forefoot. 18's took awhile to break in the forefoot area with my hobbit wide feet. They aren't quite wide enough for wides but not narrow for normal width. Looking forward to getting 4-500 easily out of these.

The shoe is soft and very reactive. Very good for long runs and even some track work. Be aware!! Shoes take a good 3-4 runs to break in.

My second pair of Triumph 19s, great cushioning and snappy response mean they're fantastic mid- to long-run shoes.

Ordered a half size up. Fits perfectly, however, I wouldn’t run in these. Gives too much with the massive amount of cushioning. These will be my new walking shoes for long days of sight seeing.

I don't know much about running shoes, but my shins stopped hurting when I switched to these shoes.

Solid shoe. I'm 6 feet and 235 lbs. solid athletic build and always enjoyed my 5km's runs. try to run 3 to 4 times a week. previously ran on a 4mm drop so this a little different style with a lot more cushion but really enjoy it. previously ran in 11.5 in saucony's but these are a 12 for me.

Great fit out of the box. Cushy ride with ample toe box. Even with cushy ride felt like it was fast. Especially good for long runs

I have used these shoes for a year now and am going to purchase another pair just like them. I don't really think I could offer a better endorsement than that. I had them and loved them. They're comfortable, light, and look good. As someone who has suffered with shin splints in the past, those were not an issue when training with these shoes. Ever.

Comfortable and supportive shoe. The laces are a bit longer than I care for, but overall I'm enjoying them.

Tried several different kinds of running shoes before I settled with the Triumph and they definitely help with my bad knees. My knees were hurting so much that I wouldn't run to catch a train before I started running several years ago in my early 50's. Now I do 13 - 15 km every run (I run once every 2 days) and these shoes help to reduce the knee pain (they still hurt a bit) and allow me to keep running. I highly recommend them to people with knee pain (for what it's worth I probably wrecked my knees when I practiced Muay Thai when I was young and foolish with all these committed roundhouse kicks on the heavy bag).
