I have worked out with these for a few weeks now. I primarily do cardio and weight workouts. I like these better than the Influences. I have a wider foot and the Dynamic holds my foot in place for lateral cardio movements. There is good cushioning and support and they just feel good on my feet. Hopefully the support won't break down. But if I get a good year out of them, that will be worth it. With the Influence, my foot slid over the outer side of the shoe and didn't have the greatest cushioning for higher impact moves. Dynamics are the best workout shoe yet. I can jump and land softly and my knees don't feel the impact. I didn't give it 5 stars, because the true test will be whether the material gives out. Good shoe Ryka! I hope you don't discontinue this model. As long as the materials hold up, I would definitely buy another pair down the road.

These shoes are cute and comfortable. They run a bit big. My foot tends to slide back and forth

Too big by half a size. I almost always wear a 7, but would need a 6.5 in these shoes. Also, they aren’t as cute in person as they look in the picture.

Comfortable shoes but I think the arch support isn't as supportive as other shoes, like Influence.

Not as great quality as I was expecting! It's a little disappointing. However the ankle support is wonderful. Not as good as my brookes but a decent shoe.

The support for cross training is good and I like the stability. However, runs slightly big, a little too roomy in the toe box. Some people might like that better, but I prefer a snugger fit.

Super comfortable, so far. I bought these for dance fitness classes. They're uber light. I took out the given insole and put in a full non-custom orthotic. I usually buy a full size up in a fitness shoe, and these were no exception. My only caveat is the sizes are rather low-cut, so I'm lacing them up 'differently' in order to make sure they stay on my foot well. So far, so good!

i've worn Ryka shoes for over 20 years and this pair was just ok. Not as much comfort as I would like & the fit is awkward

This shoe is good looking, very light and a comfortable fit BUT the material that frames the holes for laces, feels like plastic/very cheap in material. I don't think it will last very long. The other issue is the lack of support in the ball of the foot or front area. A bit disappointed.

I like the looks of these black camo rykas, and they fit true to size. I was hoping for a little bulkier, sturdy shoe for the price however. I also hoped it had a little higher arch, as other reviews said they were good for all exercising including Zumba.

They are cute but I wish they felt more cushiony. The backs of the heels rub on my ankles. Oh well. It was a stretch for me to try something new.

The new shoes are comfortable but they creak and are really noisy. It's embarrassing when I walk.

Right out of the box, I noticed the sole had more cushion than other Ryka models. Good heel-toe-flexibility. I had high hopes this was going to be "the one"! Unfortunately the new material that Ryka is using (plastic-like) and the weird short tongue made it difficult to get a secure and tighter laced-up fit. It also seemed like the materials was stretching out after only a few wears. I could feel my foot sliding around in side-to-side movements causing tweaks in my knees. You likely could go with your regular street-shoe-size (vs going up 1/2 size like I have to do in athletic shoes).

Looks great. Fits almost....a little tight in the toe box. If there was a bit more cushion at the ball of the foot that would make them much more comfortable

I have a different pair of Ryka's and then when I tried to replace them, this was the closest match. Not impressed. Also really don't like the pink!

I love Rykas and only wear them; however, I usually wear the Devotion series and these are not as comfortable to me. Also, they came kind of high on my ankle. I was trying to buy court shoes for pickleball.

I thought this shoe was quite unattractive. I didn't realize it had a subtle pattern in pastel tones.

So I want to love these shoes. The vibrant color and details are lovely. They're light weight and breathe well. They fit true to size and fit my wider feet well.. But I don't find them very supportive at all. My feet feel tired after teaching 45 minutes of dance fitness. I generally look for pivot circles and these have them, but they're situated in a slightly strange place and are recessed in from the bottom of the shoes so they're ineffective. I'll definitely be adding an insert to make them useable.

I liked this shoe, but the second time I wore them, the shoelace eyelet fell out. Second pair of Rykas, and while I like the performance for dance/circuit training, they are not well made and don't last as long as they should.

I thought this would be a great shoe for me because of the extra arch support. However, the stiffening material around the ankle rubbed on my ankle bones and was very uncomfortable so I had to return them.

I've been wearing Ryka Dance Fitness and Aqua Fitness shoes for years. The Dynamic Pro does have more cushioning than the other Dance Fitness shoes Ryka makes. Unfortunately, after wearing a couple of times they are loose on my feet...a little too wide...and I have wide feet & therefore they don't support my foot, especially in lateral movements. I tried tightening the laces & they're still too loose-fitting. I purchased the medium width. I also purchased "gel" inserts to try to take up some of the "slack" but they're still loose.

LOVE THE STYLE yet after wearing them a few times my feet started to hurt and the material of the shoo looks plastic and a bit cheap.

As someone who has bought from Ryka before, I am disappointed in the lack of quality of these shoes. They do not provide support for the foot and cause more pain than comfort. One of the shoes I purchased has a piece of sharp material on the inside that pokes my heel when walking, causing a blister if I walk long distances. Unfortunately, I cannot return them since I wore them already, so I would advise others not to purchase this type of shoe from Ryka.
