Zappos sent me two right shoes. They were returned ASAP. I ordered directly from Merrell, another manufacturer--the same size and style--and the fit was great! They sent both a left and right shoe. They also free shipping and return and the shoes were on sale--so a better price.

Ryka is my favorite shoe, honestly. But these Ryka Echo Knit have a different sole. I have slipped on my back patio, in the grocery and at work. I can not recommend these to anyone. I love the style and color. But I am very concerned with the slippery issue.

Horrible experience with your company. Was sent the wrong shoes, no fault of mine. No apology, no satisfaction, no refund as of yet. Was my first experience with Ryka, and was given no reason to try again. Hugely disappointing.
