This is IT! I bought this during a spur moment when on vacay in Seattle. I was so glad the salesman recommended them because these hit my feet on all the right spots. For my picky feet, they are soft but not too soft. They also are firm but aren't stiff. They are have such nice room for my toes which most shoes fail. They are extremely stable for my ankles. As I get older, it's increasingly difficult to find the right shoes but I am so glad I found these. I tried others from same brand and from different brands but eh...Regardless of the price, Adrenaline GTS 22 are IT for me. Thanks Brooks!!!

This shoe was so comfortable right out of the box! The only thing I was hesitant with was the bottom of the shoes squeaked loudly on tile. However, I was able to get rid of the noise by rubbing the soles with a damp paper towel and Palmolive dish soap, then rinsed & dried them off. I walked around for a bit and the loud squeaks became quieter and quieter until they eventually stopped making noise altogether.

I am a medical surgical nurse and spend most of my twelve hour shifts on my feet! These shoes are the key to happy feet and a happy back for me. Already on my second pair!! Thank you guys

Am not a runner (anymore)
After 4 spine surgeries my orthopedic surgeon insisted on Brooks Adrenaline for stability. Said for my issues best shoe on market. In fact the only shoe allowed to wear due to dropped left foot.
30 years ago I was a 8-10k runner. Wore Brooks then because only athletic shoe that came in a Narrow! Brooks technology has come a long way, always improving.

I have owned these shoes in the past, and I previously got them in a size 8 (I am an in most shoes; I.e. Steve Madden). However, towards the end of their life span, they stretched out and got to the point where they were too big (I used them to death, long overdue for new running shoes). So, I took a risk and got a 7.5, but that was too snug. Stick to your normal sizing.

I needed to replace my Brooks Adrenaline GTS 21, and so I purchased the Adrenaline GTS 22. I like the 22s better since the rubber sole on the insides near the toe box doesn’t spread out as far as with the 21s. Thus, with the 22s, the inside of my feet are less likely to rub against each other when I walk or run. They are very comfortable. I also love the color scheme. The only thing I’m not thrilled with are the shoelaces. They don’t have any elasticity like my old 21s.

Love these! They are so comfortable and everyone that sees them want to know what kind they are and all about them. Adrenalines are the best! Not the warmest, but good socks help.
