Ordered a 11 narrow. The heel fit fine but the toe box was uncomfortable. Waiting to try the new Beast 22.

Really wanted to love this shoe. I finally went to a 12.5 after wearing 12 and that has helped. The difference is that I always purchased the Ghost series prior to trying this shoe. The Ghost series of padding has helped my feet and knees. This one has caused me to have knee and hip pain. Not sure what the major difference is but it has to be the way the padding is in this shoe. My toes, also, have started to hurt. Will be going back to the Ghost but I do like the look of the shoe. As usual, the construction and materials are top notch. Brooks makes an excellent shoe at a fair price!

I wear a size 13b (so a big foot but narrow) and finding shoes that fit is difficult. I have been wearing New Balance fairly successfully but feel that their narrow width options have been limited recently, so decided to try these. As my rating reflects, the shoes are fine, but not great. After about five runs, I don't feel that my foot fits particularly well into the insole, maybe too much feeling on the instep. But I'll keep going hoping they mold a little more over time. First impression though, is I'll keep looking for options or go back to new balance.

Not as supportive and cushiony as i expected. Light weight minimalist sneaker to me means foot/heal/ankle pain. Still looking for the right sneaker, this isn't it! I'll keep them for walking.

I gave it a 3 because they weren't sized right. I wear an 8.5. They were probably a 9.5. Sent them back and ordered Ghost. They fit perfect.

Though I ordered a size 14, it is a bit snug. It feels best without any socks, but that's not how I usually wear my shoes. It sounds very squishy when I walk inside on non-carpeted surfaces. Perhaps that sound will wear away in time.

Solid comfortable shoe. Only concern is how the cushion rim around the ankles seems to wear out faster than normal. When the padding starts to fall apart, my ankle rubs raw and causes burns on my ankles.

Shoe feels narrower than the Ghost model I have historically used. Not in love with this shoe.

Good quality shoe. But it did not alleviate my plantar fasciitis. It felt much better than the Sketchers shoes that I worn previously. The structure of the shoe is very well done. Im going to try other Brooks styles.

Pretty comfortable. Toe box feels alittle large. I did get a 1D by accident. So maybe that's it. But still a decent shoe

I've had these for two weeks, and the tread is already heavily worn. The shoes are comfortable but too expensive to replace every couple of months.

They seem to be well constructed and are comfortable but don't breathe very well. You will want to remove them after wearing them for a few hours.

Good looking sneaker and comfortable however, the ball of the foot area of this sneaker requires additional support

I like the shoe but dislike the insole. There's not enough cushion. I have an older pair of Beasts with blue knobby bottom gel insole that give me the perfect amount of cushion for my job as a nurse.

This is my second pair of this style shoe. The left insole of the shoe does not seem very comfortable, I've been hoping it would get better but it hasn't.

Cushioning ok,laces were way too small, the right shoe rubs on my ankle at times creating a small sore, not sure if I would buy them again.

I have been purchasing Brooks Adrenaline Sneakers for years and he quality of he GTS22 has declined. Less arch support. I will check out the GTS23, but if no improvement over GTS22 I unfortunately will have to find a different manufacturer.

I wound up returning the these because they irritated the back of my heal after one wear. I'm typically sensitive here, so may be less of an issue for others but was a non-starter for me

I got these because another pair of running shoes I tried felt like they had golf balls under my arches about a mile into the run. These Brooks Adrenaline GTS shoes were recommended for people with flat feet (which I never thought I had prior to buying running shoes but I thought it might help). These are better but still extremely uncomfortable. I consistently have pain in my heels, arches, or sides of my feet after running in these shoes, and it is specifically because of wearing them. I am losing interest in running because running shoes are all so terrible, ironically.
