They are comfortable but heavier than ghosts. I would honestly buy the ghosts instead.

I will be honest, having never owned the Adrenaline line, I got these based on the design itself. I trusted being Brooks that they would be comfortable and I was not let down.

I had hoped that the heal would have more support. That is what I was hoping for.

My last pair of Brooks shoes was 45 years ago. This pair I just purchase has a much narrower toe box area. I purchased these narrow sized shoes in size 10.5. I am hoping I will like these shoes.

Overall, am pleased with the Adrenaline GTS 22. I have the GTS 21's, and compared to them the 22's do have a softer/smoother transition thruout the heel to toe movement. However, the heel doesn't seem to hug as well as the 21's nor my Ghost shoes. Definitely like the color scheme of the new 22's over the 21's. Both models of the Adrenaline GTS do a nicely subtle application of stability - barely noticeable which is good.

The shoes fit well and are very comfortable. But there were 2 things I didn't like about the shoes. First of all, the shoelaces were way too short. I replaced them with some that were 4 inches longer. But they're still not long enough and I'm going to have to look for some longer ones. The other thing I didn't like is that they're lower than my other shoes and don't give me enough ankle support. Otherwise, they are comfortable and I have been wearing them without the orthotic inserts that I normally use with my other shoes. (I have plantar fasciitis in one foot.)C

My 19's seem to have better support, did you change something? I do love the color though.

2nd purchase same shoe solid shoe just seems little bulky I would probably say that's because of it being a supportive shoe but not sure

Good basic running shoe. One of the few that comes in E widths. I run on paths and trails with them.

Stiff and fast. I have worn the Launch model for the last 3 years. After retaking the shoe survey the Adrenaline gts were recommended. So far so good.

I've bought GTS Adrenaline for years. I have 4 pair of GTS 22 alone, so I know the shoe. A great shoe, but the horrible new flat laces are really, really bad. They come loose repeatedly. Glad I have so many old pairs of GTS shoes that I move the old laces over to the new GTS models. With better laces, these are 5-star shoes.

I bought these on the recommendation of my podiatrist to give support to my foot following healing from an injury. They have done that job well. At first I felt somewhat unstable in them in that I felt they were throwing my body forward - but that would be reasonable in a running shoe I expect. Now I am used to them they fit like a glove!

Love them. But I miss the older Adrenaline GTS
Being extremely flat-footed, the Adrenaline GTS has been my go-to shoe since 2012. I can wear them to the bone. They're comfortable, durable, and do the job of a stability-based walking shoe.
But the loss of a star is the result of changes to the newer models of Adrenaline GTS. They're not protective of water. Step in a puddle, or out in a drizzle, and your socks are wet, and your feet need to be cared for quickly before Athlete's foot.
So because of the water-proofing issue, it's now my go-to when it's dry shoes.
Bring back the old water-proofing, and I'll wear them 365 days a year.

Just starting running with these and new orthotics and it is an amazing combination. I would give it a full five but I have only run 3 times 3 miles with them, so I am hesitant to comment yet. If it continues like my initial experience I would definitely purchase these again.

Overall good quality, but less cushion than expected and more firm than my last pair of Brooks.

Love these shoes. Will not wear anything else. Makes it tough buying new ones with very little color options for men and women in wide! You can only buy plain black shoes so many times before you think about switching brands just to get more options.

I bought these when the soles on my GTS21s wore out.
Good fit. Not as substantial a heel cushion as the 21, at least as I recall.
Much prefer the flat laces on the 21. They were easy to cinch before tieing and never untied by themselves, none of which I can say for the laces on the 22.
Tread patter seems more slippery than the 21. I speed walk interspersed with jogging. Speedwalking puts a lot of push on the ball of the sneaker. That slips on damp pavement.

Still my go to running shoe after 20 years. One issue with this model is the heal started to wear down after a couple of months. This hasn't happened with any other adrenalines that I have owned.

Great all round road running shoe that provides sufficient arch support. Had to replace inside liner with one for extra cushioning but otherwise very good shoe.

GOOD fit right out of the box and I like the lateral heel support but, I wish the first 1.5" of the toe box top was made of a SOLID material as I always end up poking a hole through the top of the toe area long before the shoes need to be switched out.

I don't run any more but I do enjoy comfort during and after long walks. I did run when I started Adrenaline and have stayed with the model since
