I tried both the 21 and 22 shoes and at first I felt I liked the 21 vs the 22 but after spending more time in them the Adrenaline GTS 22 wins for me hands down. For us with wider feet it can be difficult to find a running shoe as they are designed for running and should be tight fitting for that purpose. Everyone has their preferences and everyone's foot is different. I've found the 2E version for this shoe is simply perfect for me, a literal perfect fit. The toe box is wide enough but I appreciate how it hugs my foot just right. It's extremely comfortable, the mid sole has cushion but enough bounce in my step. They are perfect on concrete floors even when wearing them for 10+ hours a day. The support is brilliant, it's there when I need it, but it's helpful not forceful. My knee pain from over pronation is completely gone in addition to foot pain. I did swap the liners with Superfeet Adapt Run Max which may have helped. I purchased these as I'm a retail manager walking 13-20 miles a day on concrete floors 10-15 hours a day. I've literally tried 20 pairs of shoes and there was only one other shoe that was on par from another brand but I find myself preferring the Adrenaline. If your not a runner and you're like me needing relief for lots of walking on hard floors, I can't recommend this shoe enough. I'm purchasing two more pair with different colors. I also have a Ghost 14 to put in the mix. I can't thank Brooks enough for this shoe as I literally couldn't imagine going a few hours let alone a full day without horrible, excruciating pain. The Adtenaline 22 GTS is a lifesaver, well foot and knee saver! Oh it only shows sizes up to 12.5 for reviews? It was a 13 wide, and considering all the shoes I've tried I would say it may run a little wider than most in comparison. But to me it's perfect.

MANY REVIEWERS ARE MISSING THE POINT of these shoes as they were redesigned for mild-to-moderate stability and comfort - not easily accomplished. I've always worn neutral running shoes but as I've gotten older they just don't work for me. I tried on many pairs but purchased the GTS 22 as I believe they help reduce post run soreness and help with injury prevention. Now no shoe can bring back 20 year old legs, but these do indeed help.

Love the arch support. My right foot rolls in a lot. I used to wear Hoka but they kept declining in arch support. These are amazing. The guide rails keep me in line and give the needed support. Definitely switching over for all my running shoes outdoor and indoor

Very good shoe for walking was getting blisters with my old shoes. I've had no issues with these and they are very comfortable.

The shoe is super comfy and great to run in. The lack of the fifth star is simply a personal preference -- I've gotten used to more lightweight shoes (the Launch is my shoe of choice). These are just a *bit* too heavy for me (although I will give them another go soon).

I would love to give these shoes a 5-star but I can't because of the design of the inside pocket next to my cuboid bone (inner side of ankle). This pocket where the upper part of the shoe (just under the laces) is sewn together has a seam that runs across this bone and it irritates after several hours of wearing. The shoes are incredibly comfortable and wear great otherwise.

As with any new shoe, the first run was a little stiff. Especially since my old shoes were worn out. But I can say it was a comfortable run, had to re-lace a few times, but overall ok.

I like these. They at times seem a little hot while wearing them. I had to re-lace them up the sides as they were very tight on top. (Instep)
