I am a flat footed 220lb athlete who runs over 20 miles weekly and participates in Ultra-Bootcamps 3 days a week. These sneakers are by far the best decision I have made. I have no foot or joint pain I was having with other brands built to support flat feet.

I've used the Adrenaline GTSs for casual running (10-20 miles a week) and walking going all the way back to the Adrenaline GTS 17's. I can confidently say the Adrenaline GTS 22's are the best pair I've had in terms of durability, comfort and feel. All Adrenaline GTS's I've had have got me 600+ miles with no issues and it goes without saying I run in rain, snow and sunshine. Would highly recommend to casual runners or anybody looking for a comfortable walking shoe.

Outstanding comfortable and stable sneaker.Ive been wearing Adrenalines for years as they have been a tremendous help with My Spinal Stenosis ,providing support and balance needed.Ive walked between 2 to 10 Miles a day for years,but now just daily walking is a challenge but much easier with Adrenalines..

The Adrenaline GTS 21 was a good shoe. This version has some significant improvements. The cushioning seems a bit more. The upper fabric seems a bit thicker which is good. Very comfortable and stable. I have narrow feet and love that these come in narrow!

Recommended by foot doctor to relieve foot discomfort when walking.

Adrenaline still a great shoe, especially for people who need a little extra foot support. Durable, great fit, style, and performance.

This is my third pair, love them. They offer excellent support and comfort

Foot doctor told me to wear these for 2 weeks minimum and the majority of my problems would disappear. Would love to see a dress/casual style with same effects And a golf shoe! Thx.

Absolutely love them!! Great fit and very comfortable throughout the mileage.

1) I don't run. 2) Many years of law enforcement (now retired) tooks it's toll on my body and my narrow feet. (Make these in narrow, please!) I found running shoes were much more comfortable, but still had foot and leg pain. Finally found these and will wear nothing else. Super comfortable with great support, and light weight. Thanks to the designers! Brooks for life.

Put them on and knocked out a 3.8 mile run. Felt great on the feet!

Very comfortable with good grip. You feel the springs instantly when you hit the road running on these.

Comfortable with just enough cushion but not too much.

Love the Adrenaline GTS line. Comfortable for jogging, working out, and all day wear. Works well for me. I get the wide version.

i don't run but they are comfortable for walking. I had a heel problem which is why I bought them. My first running shoe

Really have nothing negative to say. Typical Brooks awesomeness, support, light weight, and outstanding comfort.

Great comfortable running shoe, came with the wrong size shoe lace. One email and a week later the correct size shoelace came in the mail.

Very comfortable out of the box no break in needed soft padded tongue true size to fit only thing I do is replace the insert with a sof sol athletic/arch insert but I do this with all my hiking shoes and boots too. I am a repeat buyer and will buy again next time I need replacements.

My second pair of the Adrenalines and I can't say enough good things about them.

I love the Adrenaline GTS 22! Can you please make more colors in the 4E widht? I'll buy them!
