I'm an active 74-year-old retiree. Been an over-pronator most of my life - so I've been wearing Brooks Adrenalines for many years. Although I don't distance run anymore, I like to throw a few "jogs" into my power walks - so I still buy Adrenalines when they're on sale. They keep getting better and my feet, knees and hips stay pain-free.

Comfortable and supportive for runners with flat feet.

Having been wearing the Adrenaline 21 the paast couple years I was looking forward to trying the 22. I had sometimes felt the 11 1/2 med was slightly short and narrow, this time I decided to go to a 12 and wide--so glad I did. This shoe is wonderful! The right amount of arch support and lateral stability snd the cushioning is just fine. I suggest going up a 1/2 size and if you a curious about medium wide vs wide--try the wide for extra toe room, glad I did I love it. Keep up the great work Brooks by keeping the shoe just as it is.

Great every day shoe. Nice heel support and cushion. Cushion is about 6/10 not too soft or springy, just right. I was looking for a more bouncy cushion at first but this mid cushion has grown on me. Great fit at toes not too tight, plenty of room. I run 5K daily (road) and have been using this shoe for a little over two weeks. Will continue to use until it's time to buy a new pair. Will try the Glycerine or Tempo Max next.

In 2020 I developed stress fractures in my knees and thought I'd never be able to run again. I tried many times with a variety of different shoes but I unfortunately nothing helped. However, all that changed when I bought a pair of Adrenaline 21s and the pain stopped. Later I found out that brooks developed the Adrenaline 22 and I rushed to buy them. They were even better than the 21s, they are so light, and so soft despite the extra support.

Very good shoe. Well made. Feels good and supportive. Fit is good. However not as good as the Glycerin 20.

Lighter and hug my feet more securely than my Adrenalin 19s. Very comfortable to walk in and great for my short runs. Support is just right for me.

Received these last month and have run a 5k, 10k, and half marathon since then. I just wear these for my road races and they are comfortable and stable. These are my first Brooks running shoes in about twenty years and I am quite satisfied with them.

I'm not a runner, but had foot pain and was referred by podiatrist to a specialist shoe store. The clerk there had me try some shoes and the Glycerin 20 immediately felt perfect. Bought those and foot problem soon went away. I use the Glycerin 20 specifically for daily walking. After that I thought I'd get the Adrenaline GTS 22 for all around wear. Both the Glycerin and Adrenaline fit great, have great cushioning and look great. Foot size 11 = true fit with Brooks shoe size 11, normal width.

Extremely comfortable. Great support throughout the foot. Feels good on short runs as well as longer runs. I enjoy wearing them around the house, like a pair of slippers.

Love Adrenalines as it gives me great support and cushioning.

Great shoe!! I am on my second pair and they are so much better than the other brands!
