So far so good. I recently changed from saucony to the Brooks Ghost for triathlon distance racing and training. After a few runs, the shoes feel great and they look outstanding. I?m looking forward to many more miles on the Ghost and hope to have found my go to shoe for many more years.

Been wearing ghost for years. Great go to, very consistent . The chic-Fil-a of shoes. Also the Sherpa shorts are amazing. I wish I had been using them as long.

Just returned adrenaline 22, easy to do no issues. 22 seemed to be falling over in less than month( to much arch?). Replace with ghost 14 seem more comfortable not walking on ankles. Less arch. Bought for walking/ jog. Bad knees and bad foot. Over weight male (265)?%hoping to get back in shape!

First of all, I am a walker and this is my second pair of Ghosts. I have had my fist pair for years and simply have worn them out, and still wear them out:) However, I am getting back into walking since COVID stopped us in our tracks. I am over weight due to a catastrophic foot injury so, I need great shoes not just good ones! I had tried several brand name shoes until my sister in-law told me about Brooks. The support and cushion are the best and the price doesn't hurt my bank account like some others I might have otherwise considered. I had a pair of Revels but they, and I accidentally went into the ocean while fishing. I don't recommend wearing them if you plan to go swimming (this wasn't planned). I have a pair of Adrenaline shoes on their way so I can try something a little different. The Ghost 14's feel like they have a little more cushion than my 10's but still have the same clean "go to a business meeting look" with cushion and comfort. Mahalo!

So far, I LOVE them! After years of my favorite shoes being discontinued, I landed with Nike Pegasus for lack of better alternatives. Tried these on a whim and LOVE them. The heel is very supportive, the sole is smooth and responsive. Very comfortable right out of the box and light for such a supportive shoe. For reference, I am 6'2", 210lb, run 30-50 miles/week. Currently using these for 6-8 mile runs. Have not gone long in these yet.

I?m on my fifth pair of Ghosts. I use them for training runs and for races from 5k to full marathons. They are very comfortable for long runs and have great support without being too heavy. I bought a cheaper model to use for shorter runs so I can save more of the mileage on my ghosts for longer runs which is where I think they excel.

This is my 2nd pair of Ghost 14s, the first of which quickly became my go-to distance trainer and the 2nd pair as the heir apparent. The Ghost 14 has out-performed similar shoes by other brands without much question. The mesh upper is stronger than Asics Gel-Nimbus and soles have worn better and more evenly than Hoka Cliftons. The Ghost 14 offers balance, stability and comfort have been exactly what I need for long runs up to 13 miles. Traction in the Ghost 14s has been a small issue on wet pavement, though I haven't noticed this as much with limited miles on the newer pair.

I have worn Brooks ghosts for many years. Never had an issue with size. (11 M) these fit very loose when I wear my usual socks. I have to wear thicker socks to avoid sliding around. Not happy!!??

These are my 3rd pair of Ghost running shoes. I'm run about 4-5 times per week (~25-30 mi per week.) The Ghost has been a solid shoe for me and I recommend them to anyone. They're comfortable without being mushy under foot and the support is great. Highly recommended, as always!

I typically don?t like to spend more than $80 or so for shoes but with these it?s definitely worth it if you?re going to be putting the miles in. Super comfy and supportive I was able to get right back into old running habits without any leg/knee issues thanks to these!

First pair of these. First impressions, good fitting, stable, and comfortable. I've worn Adrenaline's for at least 10 years now. Ghosts are not as cushioned.

I owned the Ghost 11's and the 14's didn't disappoint. They look and feel great, and the selection of colorways are fantastic. Brooks Ghost never disappoints!

Shoes are very comfortable, but shoelaces present a problem when tying them laces slide or slip out of my hand and the process had to be repeated. It was so frustrating that I had to remove them and replace them with a thicker shoelace which made it much easier to lace them. Recommend using wider of thicker laces for easier and quicker lacing.
