The Brooks Ghost shoes are the only shoes I can wear and not have to buy costly inserts. That and I can get a shoe wide enough for my 4E feet! Super comfortable and comfy right out of the box. No break in period. My only complaint is that I can?t get the colors I would like because I haven?t been able to find them in my size. Just black and grey!!! Just because I have big feet shouldn?t keep me from enjoying stylish shoes. Black and grey is kinda getting old!!!!! I will continue wearing them, even though I can?t find the colors I would like to have, because Brooks Ghost are the only shoes I can wear all day and not hurt my feet. I have plantar fasciitis and my doctor told me that the neutral cushion in the Brooks Ghost shoes were the best shoes for my feet!!! I started wearing them when they were the Ghost 11. Now I wear the 14?s.

Light as air, breathable, well-crafted shoes. There is nothing about them I don?t like after having them for several weeks now.

I am a daily walker in my mid-60s who needs an athletic shoe that gives me good arch support in a size 11 Wide. The Brooks Ghost 14 is by far the best shoe I have ever used for my exercise routine. They provide just the right support while being cool and comfortable in the desert heat. Highly recommended.

I have always bought brooks adrenaline sneakers but decided to try the ghost. I?ve only worn them a few times but so far they?ve been comfortable.

A little disappointed in the fit and cushion of the Ghost 14..not the same cloud-like cushioning of the Ghost 13

Great fit not too tight or too wide. I love this shoe.

Love them. Have multiple pairs. However, my foot brace requires the widest size. Not always avaible in styles/colors I like. Must always get the WIDEST.

Comfortable to wear! No break in period like others! These are comfortable from the first day!

I'd rate these shoes as "almost." There's a ridge at the base of the toes that I don't like. At that point the inner sole transitions to a level that is a fraction of an inch lower under the toes - perhaps to give the toes something to grip onto when running. I've noticed this in other shoes, including Brooks, before and I don't know when they started building it in. I got a pair of Nike Air Zoom Pegasus at the same time that didn't have the ridge and I liked them much better (they also fit my feet better). Surprising to me, as I had been wearing Brooks happily for the last three years.

This is my second pair of Ghost 14s. For some reason there seems to be a drastic difference between the first and the second pair. The first pair were great, no complaints. The second pair (30) days in already feel like they are breaking down and the cushion padding feels compressed, not much spring left. Not happy Brooks!
