Ghost is a good name. Very lightweight and comfortable . You hardly know you are wearing shoes.

Still breaking them in but they look and feel great. Third pair and I?m happy with the consistency.

I bought the Ghost 14 after reading an article for the most comfortable walking shoe for seniors. It also said for people whose heel strikes first when walking. That's me a 69 yr. old male. I've had 2 pair of Brooks before. The Trace and Launch. I liked both and I love the Ghost even more. I need a wide toe box because of Morton's Neuroma. The Ghost feels a little less roomy than the Trace and Launch but are roomy enough. Super comfortable great walking shoe. I walk a minimum of 5 miles a day on asphalt. I will buy them again. Like other people said, the laces kind of suck.

These are really comfortable shoes for all types of running workouts. Feels good every step at a slow or fast pace. They fit perfectly. Laces never come untied.

I've been wearing the Brooks Ghost since 2014. It's the only training shoe that I use. They provide enough support for comfortable speed sessions and long runs, alike. I've tried many other brands/styles, and within a mile or two I get knee pain. I always return to my Ghosts.

I have my Ghost 14 and this time I bought it for my husband who is going to run a marathon with me in July. As soon as he tried the shoes he loved them. Super comfy!!

Liked Beast much better. Doesn't seem to be much room in toe box

This is my third set of Ghosts and I will continue to purchase. For some reason you changed the shoe laces which are shorter and of a lesser material. I always double knot which are difficult with the shortened laces. Please change back to the orignal length and previous upgraded material.

I've been wearing Brooks shoes for over 10 years because overall, they fit my arch and foot well, and most of them wear well. The 14 is a Great shoe, much better than the 13's it replaced, which was changed from the 12's. The softer sole on the 13 broke down quickly, and the firmer sole on the 14 is holding up much better without any lessening of comfort. The shoe runs a little narrower than the 13, which is good for me. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is what others have said before me - once we find a shoe that fits well and works for us, the 'improvements' on the next model don't improve, and we're left to hope that the next update is a return to why we liked the first one. In the 14, Brooks made a great shoe.

I got a pair of Ghost 15 and I liked them so much I got the Ghost 14 too.

I've been wearing Ghost shoes for years and these are my least favorite so far. They feel less substantial, the support feels weaker, just a lesser quality overall. The toebox also feels tight. I will look for something else after all these years.
