It?s a great looking shoe .I want to keep it for the novelty to wear on ST.Patrick?s day .I found it did not fit any of my insoles that work on other brooks ( ghost 14 gortex love em and launch 8) The shamrock ones are uncomfortable and I do not think I will run in them . Two out of three ain?t bad

I wish I could pinpoint exactly what is different about this version that has caused me knee pain. I ran more than 400 miles in the 13s with no injury/soreness issues. After 18 miles of a combination of road and treadmill in the 14s, I couldn?t walk comfortably and now have had to take more days off recently. I was really disappointed in version 14 and returned them. I?ll likely look elsewhere for something similar to the 13s at a local running store. Other than the fun St Patty Day edition, these shoes were a let down from every other version I have run with.

I've had Brooks Revel's that lasted for 500+ miles without looking too beat up. These Brooks are torn and looking pretty rough only after under ~90 days of use. I'm really disappointed at the quality overall with the Ghost. The fabric on the toes is ripping and overall feels cheaper than the Revel models I have. I like Brooks but won't be buying any more of the Ghost model.

A few years ago I had severe plantar fasciitis, I tried many other brands of sneakers until I found Ghost 11. When I put them on, it was immediate relief and I purchased the ghosts almost every 6 months since that time. When the 12 came out I asked emphatically what the difference is between 11 and 12s and was told it was on the 'year'. So I continued to purchase. Then the 13 came out, then the 14s and something other than 'year' changed over that time. I always looked forward to the new Brooks arriving at my house. Now, not so much. I recently purchased a few pairs of 14s and now I'm being challenged to find the 'right' inserts so that my PF doesn't return. Not so much out of the box anymore and pretty disappointed.

Shoe color was nice, shoe material good; shoes were to short for a 14; Too narrow for a D; shoe strings too short; need much longer strings like saucony give out with their shoes; I got an exchange set up for a 15. Wanted a W width, but not available, so will see what happens when I get them!

Having owned dozens of Brooks shoes including Ghosts this is the only one where my foot is rubbing against the toe box, both the front and top. The width actually seems ok. The upper material and mid-sole is an improvement from the 13. It?s both lighter and springier and days I can power through the toe box jamming my toes it is actually more enjoyable to run in than the 13. However, this is the only Ghost I?ve owned where the fit has actually required me to shorten or stop my runs. Will opt for the 13 in the future.

I'm a distance runner. I run about 30miles a week and have worn every version of the ghost until the Ghost 14. The ghost 13 was the most comfortable version in many years. The stride was smooth in the shoe and was well built. The Ghost 14 is the complete opposite. Materials seem cheaper in the shoe, the sizing is way off, and there seems to be some manufacturing issues with it. I've ordered two pairs and both were terrible. I hoped the 1st pair was an isolated defect, but the second pair I ordered was exactly the same way. I wear a size 10.5, but both the width and length were off such that it was a terrible fit with a terrible stride. My shins hurt after a few miles running in the shoe. Thankfully some Ghost 13's were still available and I've gone back to the Ghost 13 again. Hopefully Brooks will fix the sizing issues and manufacturing problems with the Ghost 14 when the next version comes out. Or completely scrap the Ghost 14 and go back to the Ghost 13.

My usual shoe size is 12.5 medium. I tried these in multiple sizes, including 13 wide. They were too narrow in the toe.

My first pair of Brooks were the Ghost 10 they were the most comfortable shoes I had ever bought, and I bragged on Brooks to everyone, they use to put the highest quality softest cushion in there. I bought the 11s they were good, but the quality had gone down. I bought the 12s and the quality had gone down another notch, bought the 13's and they were probably even with the 11s, I just purchased the 14s a few days ago and got my money back tonight they have been the worst brooks I have ever bought. My calves and shins were in pain the last couple of days, the sole doesn't feel neutral it feels like it has an angle that makes your calf flex. With everything going up in price and quality going down. I will not be buying anymore Brooks until the quality goes back to ghost 10. The reason I started buying Brooks is because Nike's quality was terrible. Why would you cheap out or make changes to your best-selling shoe? Take pride in what you do and give customers quality, or you will lose customers and revenue.

Have bought dozens of the Ghost, going back at least 15 years I would guess. The last 4 pairs I have purchased 3 returned for tearing out the heel. I tried switching socks and treated the last pair perfect, no running or working in them outside or inside. Tore out the exact same way. Come in Brooks, reinforce the heal material or I will never buy another pair. May try another style and see but switching to another brand is probably my only option. This is unfortunate as my foot problems are alleviated with the Ghost.

Unfortunately these shoes (maybe this pair) are falling apart way too early. I've had them for a little over 2 months and basically only wear them on the weekends (not even for running). The sole is peeling off. The toe cap is pulling away. Not sure the quality matches the price.

Worst model of the Ghost they've made in the 4-5 years I've been wearing them. They're still and not flexible enough. Very disappointing.

Very disappointed. I made the switch to Brooks from another brand for this school year. I am a PE teacher so I need a good pair of shoes. I wear these 5 days a week indoors. The sole pieces are already starting to peel (front and back). The lace holes are starting to break. Lastly, the perimeter of the toe box doesn't stay pushed out. The box sucks in. Very disappointed and sadden

Very disappointed in these shoes. The cushioning broke down after about 2 weeks and seems to have caved in. No arch support. I just wear these to walk around in casually. I’m 6’ tall and 185 lbs. Find something else to wear. The ghost 12 and 13 were way better shoes than these.

I had ordered the Ghost 13 before from you and loved it. This shoe did not fit right or true to 10W.

I liked the style of these and previous versions, but the cushioning in these shows broke down fast! I’ve only worn them a dozen times or so to walk around in. I don’t wear them everyday, but the soles feel like they caved in. These shoes were a disappointment.

Either this was marked wrong or Brooks makes shoes very small.

I'm in a similar boat as others with the fit. I'd be running healthy in the Ghost 13 and was ready for a 14. Very tight in the heal collar. After about a week my heal started to hurt a bit and within 2 weeks achilles tendonitis. Was right shoe only, not left...literally felt like there was a bulge in the heal collar. Returned them already and went back to the 13.

Major redesign and they totally missed the mark - laces continually come untied, shoe runs much tighter than previous models - very disappointed I have to find a new running shoe

I have been buying the ghost model for over 8 years and this is by far the most ill fitting version of the shoe. Purchased in my usual size, the toe box was very narrow causing immediate pain during jogging at moderate and higher intensity speeeds. The material itself was good, just a poor fit and design. Disappointing!
